LFG The Whistler - Story of a broken soldier

Was inspired by a song to make a character who is heavily affected by the war, and wanders through civilian life as a broken man trying to find his way again. The tl;dr for the story is in his bio, but I'm wondering if anybody is interested in doing a thread about it.

This could be a moment where his killer side comes out through a bar fight, street fight, or some kind of conflict, but it can also be a character wanting to help him. I'm down for all kinds of stories to develop his story further.
