Description: The Vinithi Vixen is nothing but a modified Peragus-Class Corvette that was stripped of assault weaponry and turned into a private star liner. Most of the upper hull over the top deck has been replaced by multi-layered glassteel and almost the entire interior has been replaced with luxury components such as hardwood floors, spacious cabins and lounges, and larger observation decks. The unused space on the port and starboard have been turned into small hangars for landing, docking and holding a self-defense squadron. The entire life support system has also been upgraded and redesigned to compartmentalize the ship in the event of a blowout or hull breach, as may of the rooms and halls are very large and open. Other minor changes have been made.

A few things.

• The fastest a capital ship can go is Speed 4. The Peragus was made in a time where half-speed numbers were common. However, it is a practice that has been discontinued, save for occasional use by elite starfighters. If the Peragus was made according to the guide, it would be Speed 6.
• A development thread is required for hyperdrives faster than Class 1.

Those are the only two things that I can see. The armament is significantly reduced, both in line with its shift in classification and its new role as a star liner. Thus, as soon as these two points are addressed, this will be approved.
