Name: Undead Market

Intent: A source of income for Xander and also a decent RP.
Classification: Black Market on the top floor, offices on the other twelve floors.
Location: The Undead Market is currently based in Kalandra, Drunkenwell. You'll find it based in the richer districts, just because it blends better.
Affiliation: It is owned in three ways by three companies. The companies I will list are in a line from top share owner to the lowest share owner.

Description: Kalandra, Drunkenwell. Of course, the city that has been destroyed and rebuilt on many occasions. Also the perfect place to erect an office building. However, Half Angel Industries wasn't stupid, and they had a reason behind begging the Hutts for so much money. The top floor of the offices is taken up by a large indoor black market. On here people can set up store and trade those things that would otherwise be illegal.
To set up here, you just need to had Xander 5000 credits and make sure that you can sell at least five items. This is to make sure that the market is actually used well, instead of just being filled by guys that don't sell things. The main people that will use this are probably PC's, although NPC's are welcome.
To make sure people pay up and to make sure no large fights break out, 5 members of The Half Angel - Scream Squad are posted there. However, those guards are only the lower down guys that have never actually been into battle. Sometimes you'll get a guard who's been injured and thus can't fight anymore, but that's rare.
The Market brings in about 50,000 credits a month to Xander, 30,000 to the Hutts and 20,000 to the Jackels. This makes sure that all three owners get amounts deserving to them. However, the other three companies don't currently know that they have shares, and that will be dealt with through RP.
History: Born to basically be a source of income, The Undead Market was born when Xander Black decided that he wasn't earning enough. He put pen to paper and eventually designed this building. Of course, since he was low on funds he went to the Hutts and managed to get the funds needed to build this whole structure.
It was originally just one floor and an indoor market, but overtime it grew into offices. This is because Xander decided that they blended, and it would hide the Undead Market. Xander made sure that all company owners had the ability to set up shop here, and all was good.
