The training begins (Zoey Marix)

It was again a night within the bed at [member="Zoey Marix"] her house that Aphrodite was having a nightmare. It was not the first time, but the last few days she had nothing but the same nightmares over and over. The nightmare was showing the forest over and over again, the experiences again and again. Ofcourse, it was not fun for her. Every single night, she appeared into the bed of Zoey holding her tightly.

It was now again in the middle of the day and Aphrodite seemed to be pretty scared, she did not want to fall asleep and tried to stay next to Zoey at all times. She wore completely new adorable clothes, "Mama...P..Please..teach me to make the nightmares stop" She said holding onto Zoey very tight.

Since I had taken my new daughter from the hospital, she had had frequent nightmares. it was very apparent by how almost every night she would scream in her bed. We would either end up in her bed, or my own. Eventually to the point where I had just stayed with her in her bed when it was time to go to bed. Even mt pheromones that I could calm her down with, did not always work. Even though she was the one having the nightmares, I had so little sleep that it was effecting me. But this is what I had promised to her when I had claimed her as my daughter. and it would be worth it.

During the day, she always clung to me. Which I was fine with, except for when I needed to be alone for personal reasons. it was in the afternoon. when we were still in her bed. She clutched me as though I was her lifeline. and her asking me to keep the nightmares away. I looked at her. She wanted to learn how to defend herself. and that I could respect. I looked at her with my arm around her. I nodded my head. I leaned up and spoke to her, "You want to fight the bad guys right?"

Aphrodite was looking over towards her mother. She nodded her eyes pretty slowly, while her breathing pattern was kind of screwed up. She still was extremely nervous and tried to fight it to fall asleep. Her own thoughts were dwelling deeper every single day further into the darkness, while she was not giving into it. Here it was a common trait of a child that had the will power of 1000 volts... She was truly a light sided child and would not change that easily.

"Yes mama", She whispered as it came from her lips, she only took a short look at her mothers eyes before looking down, "But I know I too young." Her vocabulary going down because of a certain uncertainty within her.

I watched her as she became even more squeamish the more she spoke. But I looked at her in confusion when she said that she was too young. Shaking my head I smiled at her, trying to make it more light hearted around here. "No one if ever too young Darling." I wrapped my arm around her and gave her a hug, holding her fairly tightly, "Even you are not too young." I smiled as one of her toys that I had bought for her, floated towards her from the shelf where it sat. Without my movement in anyway. "You just have to learn how to focus baby." I spoke as I handed her the toy. Showing her some of what I could do.

Aphrodite listened over towards her mother while she was wrapping her arms around me and giving me a tight hug but holding her after. She shows a small smile when she said about her not being to young. Something amazing was happening, when she was seeing one of her toys to float into the air. She never had seen such a thing or recognized it in any way. Was the toy hunted?, she wondered before getting the toy within my hand. "Focus.." She had answered to her mother as her eyes were focusing on the toy for that very moment.

"Mama, I no can do that stuff, you super strong.." she was surely amazed seen by her entire body language. Her way of talking and her eyes. She let slowly go of the hug. She could not believe it, but it was also because she had never known that other people around her surely knew about her being force sensitive.
