A large face of rock fell into the ground to reveal....
nothing. No traps, no blaster turrets, no security droids, nothing but an empty room with no doors or windows. Ke'Cholo motioned for T'Kak to go inside and check their blind spots. T'Kak stepped into the room cautiously, he slowly made his way to the center of the room, pivoting around and looking for hidden compartments or fake walls that might produce some abomination ripe for combat. When he finally reached the center of the small 12 meter by 12 meter room his left foot pressed and activated a small pressure plate. Frightened by it, the Geonosian immediately flew out of the room. Not sooner was he out of the room, toxic gas filled the room.
''Just as I expected'' Qaeth said looking into one of the four crates.
''What we gonna do about it?'' Ke'Cholo asked stepping back from the entrance to the room.
''Put on these'' Qaeth produced 6 specialized oxygen masks each fitting their member of the crew perfectly.
Each man put on the mask and waited for orders from Qaeth.
''Make sure your mask covers your eyes, we don't know what sort of effect this gas will have on them.''
After a few re-adjustments the crew took their first steps into the room.
''We need to be in and out, these oxygen supplies don't last long.'' Qaeth said looking around the room.
''De' hell is this Q? There's nothing in here'' Ke'Cholo said looking around.
''Sure there is'' Qaeth said tapping on the floor and listening carefully.
''What are you doin' Q?'' Worwir asked, puzzled.
''Ah, here it is. T'Chungo, come here and help me with this.'' Qaeth said finally settling on a spot.
Qaeth went outside, and came back producing a laser cutting tool and two odd looking handles. After a few more taps and some measurements, Qaeth anchored the handles into the floor and motioned for T'Chungo.
''Hold tightly friend.'' Qaeth said as he began to cut a rectangular shape in the floor.
''Qaeth, you imbecile, why didn't you use that to open up the tomb instead of us pressing around on that fraking wall for all that time?'' Worwir asked obviously angered.
''That wall was at least half a meter thick, it would've never cut through. Not to mention that if it did, it could've fallen backwards towards us, or fall forward and collapsed the floor'' Just as Qaeth said this he finished cutting the rectangular area of the floor and T'Chungo started lifting a small meter by meter area of the floor.
''Progress'' Qaeth said looking down.
