The Thule Hegemony

A Hegemonic Military Confederation composed of various Star Systems and Member Worlds of the Outer Rim Territories, the Thule Hegemony is the government that has risen followig the collapse of the Primeval. The Thule Hegemony is the government that has risen in the wake of the fall of the Primeval that resulted from infighting among its own leaders. The Hegemony is focused on the establishment of a bastion to stand against the continued aggression of the Sith, while attempting to maintain its own neutrality. Likewise it seeks to foster relations with its neighbors, though is hesitant to rely or interact to much with the Silver Sanctum.
With a focus on securing its borders and removing what remains of the taint left upon the galaxy by the Primveal, the Thule Hegemony has welcomed the Order of the Righteous Flame within its borders to act in a similar capacity as the Jedi Order acted within the Republic; that of Guardians and Peace Keepers.

The Thule Hegemony is a tandem projected intended to serve as a more proper home to the Order of the Righteous Flame; as such the the Order of the Righteous Flame is to the Thule Hegemony as the Jedi were to the Republic.
This means that the Thule Hegemony is acting as the Republic, with the Order of the Righteous Flame acting as the Peacekeepers and Guardians of the Thule Hegemony.
This also follows in the decision to keep the Order of the Righteous Flame a Minor Faction (and follows the mantra of Cults and Religions make for bad Major Factions; yes there are those exceptions to the rule).
