[SIZE=10.5pt]Rationale[/SIZE][SIZE=10.5pt]: After giving his former company Kalor-Tech to Lord Ajihad, Killian erased all the company's and the Sith Assassin's data on himself and went into hiding. From the shadows he recruited agents and messengers to establish contacts across Sith space and beyond. With financial backing from his former criminal organisation, the Osaji Syndicate, and from some funds from his ventures in Kalor-Tech, he established an illusive criminal network in One Sith territory.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=10.5pt]Description[/SIZE][SIZE=10.5pt]: The Society is run solely by 'The Chairman', who is Killian under an alias. Even his closest men do not know his true identity, and whenever he conducts business it's either through a messenger or by a holographic conference where his face is obscured. Through this secrecy he gains security, if people don't know where he is they can't take him down and compromise The Society. As a criminal network The Society involves itself in a variety of criminal activities; Funding Robberies, Establishing Black Markets, Obtaining & Selling Sensitive Information, and strong-arming business into accepting their protection or laundering their money. It's main set-ups are found in the way of high-class clubs and casinos, sophisticated places that bring in plenty of money. Smaller businesses are merely puppets of the society, run by their owners but threatened and watched over by The Society. It's one rule is that no criminal business gets in the way of One Sith property or interests. The Society works in the interests of the Sith, despite this not being publicised. [/SIZE]
Positions in the society come under to parts; Members and Workers. Members of the society are high-class people, usually in the One Sith, who gain premium access to Society clubs, markets and can regularly work with The Society in the form of contracts and missions. In this aspect it becomes a club for the elite and criminal to converse and work together, albeit to benefit the Society and in turn Killian. Workers of the Society are it's spies, messengers and muscle. Messengers go to meetings on behalf of the Chairman to ensure his identity remains secret, whilst the muscle provides the protection of the markets, shipments, clubs and puppeted business (providing they pay).
