Had Abbadon Senatorial Palace
The Iron Senator would be reading over reports upon the open balcony of the Had Abbadon Senatorial Palace. During one of these outdoor sessions an usher of the senator had come across information on the Cross Bloodline. Dol Amroth hadn't heard of the cross bloodline before; but was informed that they were a crime family. The Iron Senator despised crime families such as the Hutt Cartel and the Pyke Syndicate but the prospect of gaining new connections within the underworld was paramount to furthering his influence for the Imperial Bloc within the senate. Causing discord within the alliance would make the people vote for a stronger chancellor to replace the weak but effective one.
Numerous times did the crime families of the galaxy attempt to enter into had abbadon's borders and had to be shut down with the full might of the Had Abbadon Security Force. However a single thought came to his head during one of these many exterminations. Crime would cease being a problem for the planet if it was declared within a crime lord's territory already. Giving the criminal underworld of had abbadon to the heir of the Cross Bloodline seemed logical but he had to make sure that this plan would succeed without failure.
With a single stroke of the quill on the paper, Senator Dol Amroth would invite the heir of the cross bloodline to the Had Abbadon Senatorial Palace for a meeting. He purposely left out the details of the meeting to spark a form of curiosity within the heir. More likely to respond to his invitation if the actual contents of discussion weren't apparent. However there was a possibility that the Criminal Prince would not appear before him. But that was a simple switch to turn over the criminal underworld to one of the criminal gangs on the surface. None of them would dare defy the Iron Senator of Had Abbadon for fear of immediate response. Fear would keep them in-line for now.
The Iron Senator gave the letter to one of his ushers, which quickly went through underworld channels to reach the Prince of the Underworld. All that was left now was for them to attend the meeting in person or through hologram. It mattered not to the iron chancellor of had abbadon. His concern was the welfare of his planet and nothing else came before it. The Galactic Alliance might be the overall powerhouse that governed his realm. But he still had considerable sway over the populace which supported the Dol Amroth Dynasty with utmost devotion.

He hadn’t expected a letter to arrive bearing the unbroken seal of a senatorial summons, but then again, who ever did? The reputation of the ruler of Had Abbadon was a quiet one, though that did not mean it was unnoticed. In the circles that were aware of him, his name was whispered in hushed tones of fear-inspired awe. Damien gathered he was a lord with a penchant for ruthlessness. A man after his own heart.

He arrived as he was wont to do, in a starship bearing the company logo of the Cross Export Corporation. At his side was the rabid dog of the Cross syndicate, Redmond Geller Redmond Geller suited in his personalized kit reminiscent of his time in Sith Empire special forces. He did not think he would have a need for his violent skillset on this occasion, but one could never be too careful.

Damien Cross thought to the letter that had brought him here, of its almost enticing dearth of information. Did this senator need one of his political rivals terminated? Perhaps he needed a contact smuggled in or out of Galactic City. In the end, he decided pondering on it now would do him no good. He would simply have to find out for himself.

At the doors of the Senatorial palace Damien flashed the seal of Lord Dol Amroth to gain entry. He would allow himself to be escorted to wherever the senator intended them to hold their discussion. Should he come across Leviticus Dol Amroth he would open with:

“Senator Dol Amroth, how charmed I am to make your acquaintance,” He would extend a handshake to the man clad in iron.

“To what do I owe the pleasure?”

Had Abbadon Senatorial Palace
Once the prince of the underworld had arrived within the Senatorial Palace, an usher would guide them up too the balcony of the palace. The Iron Senator had come out here to get a breath of fresh air away from the stuffiness of his office abode. Two Dol Amroth Guardsman would open up the balcony doors to allow the prince to enter unopposed. Senator Dol Amroth would look up from one of his papers to see that the prince had arrived, setting them down nearby to allow them some time to discuss his proposal.
The Iron Senator had made no enemies within the senate, for he rarely decided to attend. Him being with an underworld prince would draw some criticism from his fellow members within the senate. But their opinions meant relatively little when compared to the wealthfare of his people. It was vital to keeping the underworld of Had Abbadon under control. He would turn a blind eye to some of their operations as to not draw the eye of the syndicates to start a mass rebellion. He was of course confident in the security forces to keep order. However establishing some form of control over the operations here would make people not ask questions when the sector marshals came knocking on his doorsteps.
He was wearing his signature, silver and iron armor. A red sash went down from his shoulder, a large blue cape flowed underneath him. Equipped to his left shoulder with be a pair of silver wings attached to his cape. His ornamental helm adorned with gold would gleam in the sunlight of the world. His mask emotionless and expressionless.
The Iron Senator returned the handshake of the prince of the underworld, withdrawing for a minute to grab his cup of tea that was nearby. "Likewise, Your highness." The Senator said in response to his first statement, bringing the cup up to his mouth to drink from it. Gesturing to a seat nearby for him to take a seat while he himself lounged upon a couch. "I have a simple proposal for you, how would you like to have a powerbase within the region." The senator asked first before explaining some.
"There are 12 different gangs that control the Criminal Underworld of Had Abbadon, each of them with their own territory. They need to be centralized into one organization that is more willing to work with the local government. If you catch my meaning." The Iron Senator later added, lowering his cup of tea back down on the table next to himself. If the prince of the underworld wanted a stronghold within the region. Then he would provide it, if the prince organized the gangs into one foundation more easy to deal with.
