Who Are the Phantoms?
The Phantom Corps is, simply put, the best of the best within the Confederacy of Independent Systems' military forces. They are a congregation of loyal, exceptionally skilled individuals whose values revolve around leadership and the effective utilization of one's talents to the utmost degree. Classified as a subdivision of the Confederate Army, the Phantom Corps exists as a home for two of the most prominent demographics to be found within the Confederacy's military forces. The first of which are the officer population whose spheres of command are primarily non-vehicle, and non-Naval personnel. The second demographic are those with immense talents in a variety of fields with a preference for small, coordinated, five-man teams.
Simply put, the path of a Phantom is two-fold. One can be the valiant commander leading troops over the hill, or one can be the fearless commando launched behind enemy lines. For a Phantom, the word impossible does not exist, the words "suicide mission" are the punchline of a joke, and failure is not an option.
What are the Goals of the Phantom Corps?
- To raise generations of capable officers to lead the militant forces of the Confederacy.
- To form squads of exceptionally capable individuals to carry out "high risk" missions in the name of the Confederacy.
- To promote and spread freedom throughout the Galaxy.
Who can join the Phantom Corps?
The doors of the Phantom Corps are open to any and all with the desire to lead, or those with exceptional talents in a variety of fields. Slicers, Smugglers, Pilots, Assassins, Operatives, Engineers, Marksmen, Officers, and everything in-between will find themselves right at home!
