Intent: Creative combat alternatives
Development Thread: If necessary, but it’s just a canon weapon and a bracer put together.
Manufacturer: Valik(design), The Underground(production)
Model:
Affiliation: The Underground
Modularity: The leather bracer could be replaced with another material, but anything niftier than durasteel would require a separate personal submission.
Production: Limited
Material: Leather, monomolecular blade.
Classification: Dagger
Size: One-handed
Length: Variable(bracer), .1 m (blade)
Weight: .5kg
Special Features: Monomolecular blade
Description:
The “People’s Tooth” is an extremely simple design in truth that wafted into Underground channels through apparent luck and circumstance(in reality leaked by Valik who currently possesses one of their members). At it’s core it is simply taking a zana monomolecular stiletto(albeit shortened) putting it in a cartridge that opens and springs out the blade at the flick of a wrist. While extremely deadly and able to pierce through many lightsaber resistant armors(such as say, Cortosis and Vondunn Crab) it requires the user to be extremely close to their target, is fragile enough to ensure the blade can only be used once, and can easily slice a finger off if used improperly. Notably the “People’s Tooth” can be blocked by users of higher-density material armor. Neuranium is the best defense in this regard, but Beskar and heavier Phrik Plating also provide adequate defense.

The bracer of the People’s Tooth is simple leather, providing no real defensive qualities, though this could be replaced if the user has the right materials. The cartridge is designed to be easily removeable(and thus disposable), but attaching a new cartridge on requires a bit more time and concentration than is typically allowed in combative circumstances. Overall the People’s Tooth is a weapon not be used in open combat, but an assassination tool for those quiet enough to get close to their targets.

[member="Flint Michigan"] - I see nothing requiring a dev thread here. Clear weaknesses, based on a cannon weaponry with minor alterations that really don't enhance the strength or ability of the weapon due to offset weaknesses inherent in the modification.

Approved, Pending Secondary.
