Titi Rokari

New Jedi Order, Master
Activity: Meeting with potential Padawans
Location: Tython
Tag: Rhys Halcyon +

Taking on a Padawan was a sacred tradition among Jedi. While Titi had certainly done it once before, she felt that teaching so hands on and specifically wasn't the best use of her time or abilities. However, as of late, there were a surge of Padawans losing their Masters. The role of a Jedi Knight or Master as a teacher for these up-and-coming Jedi was as invaluable as it was sacred. The bond between Master and Padawan was one of the most formative experiences for the younger of the two and a test of maturity for the older of the two. And that wasn't even diving into the the little nuances of each individual pairing.
So, she was headed to Tython. It wasn't exactly her idea of a good time, but there was a sense of duty to this trip. There were candidates for a Padawan she could take who had both lost their Masters at some point. She wanted to take them both without a question... yet she needed to know if they would be a good fit. Not to mention where they were along in their training. It would be no use for either side if they were an ill fit. As the ship landed, the Lurmen drew her fingers along her chin in thought. Many Padawans these days were dealing with the difficulties of life in the Galaxy. She could only hope that her wisdom would facilitate navigation within it.
There was a designated meeting spot where the New Jedi Order had their presence on Tython. Titi walked calmly to it, although there were mild prickles of anticipation. She'd read the information available on both of these individuals. Rhys Halcyon, a young man who was likely dealing with as much grief as the other one, a young woman named Vrahni Suncatcher. Whether or not either of them would be there this early, Titi thought it would set a good example for her to be there at the start of their meeting. Unlike some other Jedi, she wasn't the kind to be fashionably late. Sitting casually on a bench, legs crossed, she closed her eyes to clear her mind. All would be well.
By the time someone did approach, one earthen eye opened curiously. "Ah. Hello there."
