Description: A 26 centimeter blade, with a 12 centimeter long handle. The blade is crudely fashioned from the melted down beskar of a Mandalorian helmet. The blade's edge curves inward and its shape has a unique forward drop, designed for maximum slashing utilization. As the point of the blade drops, it can be ideal for thrusting as well. It is an ugly, but functional weapon. Due to the knife's impregnation with Devaronian Blood-Poison, the very touch of the weapon causes agonizing pain. Should it ever cut flesh, the victim would continue to feel the unendurable pain until the wound healed. It also has a low chance of releasing the actual blood poison into the bloodstream, causing death.

The helmet Mikhail Shorn brought back from Junction was soon put to use. Using a smelter at one of the Empire's many factories, Mikhail, with the aid of several professional forgers, melted down the beskar. Due to the Mandalorian's jealously guarding their secrets for forging beskar, the creation of the blade was long and arduous. Contacting a black market dealer, Mikhail purchased several Devarionan Blood-Poison gemstones with his acquired assets. With the help of the professional forgers and a jewelist that Mikhail hired for the job, he ground the gemstones to powder and dumped the powder into the molten beskar. The forgers managed to fashion the blade, through many hours of intensive work, into something resembling a weapon. Mikhail put a hilt of horn and hide over the tang and after a week of hard labor, the blade was finally finished. It was crudely made, ugly and offensive to behold. But it would still cut and cause much agony while it did. The production left Mikhail's funds alarmingly low. The smiths thought the blade should have a name fitting its function. They suggested the Wailing Blade, or Knife of Tears. Mikhail just called it "Ouch." It was a sadist's weapon and, therefore, it was a Sith's weapon. Mikhail found a certain irony from turning his enemy's own armor upon them. What was once meant to protect was now meant to kill.
