The Mechanical Maiden

MD5QmSv.png

Corporation Name: The Mechanical Maiden
Headquarters: Coruscant
Locations: Coruscant(Lower district, old modified YT-2400)
Operations: Repairs, runs maintenance checks and makes custom speeders and swoopers.

Rationale: Founded by Jennifer Phoenix and Cindo Luck. They made the shop after crashing on Coruscant as a way to gain credit. They both had skill in this particular area and as their YT-2400 had speeder equipment it seemed only rational. They've managed to live decent enough with this as their main way of income and have recently started to gain more publicity.

Tier: Tier 1

Description: The Mechanical Maiden is based in the lower districts of Coruscant, having home in an old modified YT-2400 which resides between two buildings out to the street. It's cargo bay is modified slightly to have a speeder holder and it too housing various mechanic equipment. The old freighter is also used as a home for its current two workers and founders. They’re fairly good at what they do, but are currently unable to roll out a lot of custom jobs as they’re only the two of them that works there. No droids included as of yet (hence their tier). This however may change on a later date.

The name for the shop comes from the fact that the name of the freighter is The Maiden. This name is also painted on the side of the ship making it an easy reminder of its name. Furthermore their average success could also come from the fact that they're one of the very few spaceships that is actually placed on the streets in the lower parts of Coruscant.

It seeming almost out place it is easily identifiable. And with two young girls running the shop it may also have added to their liking in the neighbourhood as they're in that way different from a lot of the other mechanics around the same area. In this way they stand out from the crowd and have with their good service, cheap prices and smiles made a living.

The reason for signing up as an actually shop/company is due to their extra publicity which they’ve gotten over some fair amount of time, that roleplay wise is due to the freelancer Kung Seilois, making their otherwise little shop busier than usual.
