High beyond the desert sun and far into the west. A battle was raging...

Sands of the White Horizon
Tatooine
(Theme Music)

The black ships of Orr. Against the white maiden of Ossyren.

*boom. boom.*

"...Marriccc!"

A woman-warrior clad in white dashed to golden railing of her burning, bucking ship. Screaming out the name of the Black Commander. With the distant voices of battle on the raging wind, she cried into the storm.

*boom. boom.*

"...Marriccc!"

High above. A dashing Lord clad in black stood atop his flagship as it burned, splintered, and snapped around him. Watching with blazing eyes at the white maiden below. Even as the air flew with fire and heat and smashing, cratering salvos of destruction; he could still hear her voice. Calling out to him from far below. And if filled him with a schoolboy's glee. She could feel him already. Hahaha.

*boom. boom.*

"...Luna! Get back! Their second ship is going down in flames! It's about to..."

*BOOM*

A purple horned warrior flew to the white maiden's side. Clad in bright colors of the afternoon sun, Mara Roberts was at her ladies arm. Watching in horror as the white maiden screamed at the burning vessel above them that punished them so. Again and again, their guns roared like thunder. And again and again, the beautiful white ship shuttered and stumbled against the burning sky. Chipping. Fragmenting. And bursting apart nearer the seems with every blow.

"...Luna! It's over. It's three against one! We must retreat. We cannot! We cannot continue this dogfight any longer!"
"No! He will hear! He will come to me! ...Marric! Marriccc!!"

High above. The dark lord listened with ears to hear. His advisor approached with humble footsteps, as his smoking black vessel took another round in the belly of the beast.

"My Lord Marric. Shall we not finish them? The bombs stand ready to be deployed. She cannot resist you now."
"...No." His voice was like thunder. Drowning out even the massive shells that rocked the boat to the fore. "...No. I want her taken alive. Helmsman! ...Ram them. Now!"

The sky was torn asunder as the ships bombarded each other into splinters of steel and smoke. Searing the hot desert sun with fire and scattering the remains of their ships across the yellow sea.

"...Luna! Look out! She's coming down right on top of us!"

The horned-helmed Roberts dashed to her ladies side. Pulling from the railing as the black cloud descended upon them. With a startling shout their white vessel buckled and snapped to a dashing degree. Smashing headlong into the lower decks of the black vessel above. Sending men on both sides screaming over the railings to their deaths. And causing the cowering Princess to shake against her protector's powerful arms. Mara gritted her teeth as the canopy above them shattered. Splashing the deck with fine amber glass until it was all washed overboard by the wind and smoke of battle.

The princess withdrew from her mighty protector and shouted at the decks below,

"Repel boarders! All soldiers, Charge!!"

Mara and men, grabbed her silver spears and charged into the fray. The shimmering warriors of dawn versus the clouded musketeers of night. From the lower decks of the black ship came dozens of jumping swordsmen and soldiers. Their red and silver armor shown brightly against the blazing sun. Their black boots and red capes landed heavily upon the deck. And with a shouts of rage and malice the defenders fell upon them with slashing resolve. Carving and chopping. Slicing and blasting. Throwing the fiends back across the expanse and over the shallow railings to their doom.

"For Ossyren! For the Dawn!"
"For Orr! And Lord Marric!"

Luna, the white Princess of Ossyren charged ahead of the rest. With the Dark Jedi Roberts at her side. Up the boarding ramp and onto the black vessel above. Where He, the Dark Lord of Orr, would be waiting for them. In a battle that would change their planet forever.

The Glass Kingdom of Ossyren
The Palace of Lords
Three days earlier...

The yellow sea of Tatooine was not as it once was. You must first understand that where once Hutts held sway. Men. Now rose to roost. And we took the sea of sands for ourselves.

"...Yes yes. And that is all well and good Lady Princess. But enough about slime covered lizards. What about now. The Orrian's are practically on our doorstep. History will not save us by simply reciting it. Ugh. If your father were here he would..."

"...Enough. About my father. You might be a Jedi, Mara Roberts. But you are not, one of us. Don't you ever think to question my dictation ever again or I'll... I'll have your horns on a silver plater by supper."

"Of course. Of course. Luna please. Please. I understand. Your father. The King. The peace talks don't bode well for any of us. Myself included. I meant no disrespect."

"Well. Good. Because the peace talks will go well. Those butcher Orrians will finally be satiated and we can finally have a real peace in over a hundred years of war. ...Oh. Just think about it Mara. Just let the sun hit you to the breast. No more war. No more waiting for father and brother to return. No more having to stay cooped up in this castle forever. It will be new. A brave new world. Oh. I can hardly wait to get out of here. Ah."

"Yes. Well. I'm sure word will reach us soon of the Council's decision. Until then... Enough history. You need to be seen at the University this afternoon. And I have to check on our visitors down in the plaza."

"Oh Mara. You make for such a good nurse. Are all Jedi tutors this pushy with their royal students? Hehe."

"Yes. And it's Dark Jedi, Luna. Not some dusty old monk from the dark star worlds. Feh. ...Come along now. Off with you. We've talked politics enough. Scamper down to the University and wow them with your new presentation. I need to see Foster shortly anyway."

"Very well then. Our lessons shall continue tomorrow upon the hour. I look forward to another stunning debate about galactic factions and planetary warlords. ...And this time I will win without shouting a royal decree at the guards. Haha."

"Very good my lady. I am at your command. Adieu."

The white Princess Luna scampered down the stairs and out into her drawing room. Her Jedi tutor simply shook her head. One day that young woman was going to lead this nation. And it was upon Mara's shoulders to see that she was ready to do what was necessary when that time finally came. Her father was counting on it.

*bzzt* ~ Roberts. It's Foster. Got a few visitors here for ya. More spacers for you to get rid of. Chop chop. Don't keep me waiting sweetheart. ~ *bzzt*

"Oh. Can it Foster. I'll be down in a minute. Her Majesty and I were just getting along swell and dandy. Hmph."

~ Uh huh. Well, you two ladies try not to destroy the whole royal palace in your arguements. I've got a city of problems down here for the Guard. I don't need you two firebrands burning up the place while the King is away. ~

"Shove it Foster. I'll be down in a minute. And then we can see who these strange 'visitors' are to our fair city. Heaven help me. You'd think the civil war was back on. Ugh..."

Placing her horned helm upon her head, the Dark Jedi warrior stalked out of the room. Down the palace steps and to her mighty wind-rider vessel below. It seemed she had a few guests to welcome to the Royal Plaza today.

"Well then. Let's see who showed up."

Dominator walked into the beautiful Royal Plaza. He was a guest for the King. He didn't see the King yet, but maybe he had arrived too early? So he just sat on a seat and waited. He didn't know, where to go on and there seemed to be no greeters too. Maybe the King wasn't even here yet? Dominator looked at the clock and almost died. He arrive a hour too early. Now I can die from boredom... He thought and took a little wooden cube out of his pocket. He had to get a few new ones too. These blocks were very useful, so he had to visit Naboo again, because there was some quality wood. Gungans knew the way to grow these great trees, though humans and other sentient pieces ruined their work very often...
