Not the same way you left, anyway."

Description:
After a length of field experience, it was deemed by Carrion Administration that for the time being, the operative known as
Léon of Kesh was better suited for melee-orientated combat due to a severe lack of skill with firearms. For the time being they had countered blaster fire with personal energy shields, but the shields often collapsed under sustained fire, requiring an alternative backup.

Armorweave is known for its natural resistance to intense heat, including blasters and weak defense against the plasma of a lightsaber blade. Using this as a base for the armor, it provides a light and flexible suit for
Léon that does not hinder his capabilities with a blade.

Very thin durasteel plates were added to the torso and shoulderblades for protection, as well as a helmet to protect the skull. The durasteel, even when very thin, is incredibly versatile and strong, capable of withstanding blistering heat and frigid cold, as well as the physical stress of close-combat.

While the armor does provide protection, it is only moderate at best. It is a last stand backup in the event that the personal energy shield collapses, enough protection to give
Léon time enough to find cover. It is not designed for continued combat. It can take a glancing blow from a lightsaber, but a direct strike will cleave through the plate and weave like butter, while blaster fire must be more consistent, and ballistic requires a tough nail to crack the armor - in a manner of speaking.
