Description:
After becoming a fully fledged sith and no longer an acolyte T'zanith Zebron, with his new cristened name being Darth Erebos decided to follow in the foot steps of ancient sith lords and build his very own holocron. Gathering the components together to make it, he however made the outer shell and casing out of alchemicaly infused durasteel to make sure the holocron could survive millennium after it's creator had died. With the thought process of the jedi, never teach something beyond the student, his gatekeeper would be himself however the gatekeepers appearance would change depending on how far into the entries the viewer has gotten into the holocrons knowledge base and how Darht Erebos would look at each of those stages..
He would not repeat what he thought of as a mistake made by the sith lords of old that had made holocrons, after all they allowed the learner into everything that the holocron held no mater their skill level, most of the time this resulted in the death of the learner as they would over reach their limit and burn out, or worse believe themselves so powerful that they fought opponents way beyond themselves.
The holocrons gatekeepers, like all holocron gatekeepers, would be able to sense the ability and level of the one seeking it's knowledge, and offer or restrict information accordingly—so that apprentices were not shown information too advanced and dangerous for their basic stages. This would be Darth Erebos's gift to the line of sith initiated by him and his own teachings, to make the growth gradual and sought after, as it would light a fire under the one seeking it's knowledge to better themselves to the level the holocron would allow them to go further into it's wealth of information.
It would hold crystal matrix and inside each layer within them would be an aspect of what Erebos wanted to impart. The first would hold something like a journal, containing his thoughts, noteworthy events and philosophies regarding some matters deemed important enough to place in the holocron. The second would hold martial arts, either learned or developed by Erebos and each and every move and that moves use would be explained in detail. The third would hold Lightsaber forms learned and mastered by Erebos as well as the style he would eventually develop by himself. The fourth would hold force techniques from their basics to their more advanced stages as well as any force techniques Erebos would develop such as the force echo, to name but one. The fifth and final layer of knowledge would hold teachings on Alchemy and sith sorcery, with very carefully laid out details and instructions on how to do either as well as the precautions that one would have to take when using either.
With Runes of power etched onto the surface of the base of the holocron, who's only purpose is to be either decorative or to strengthen the alchemy infused into the casing, however they do also spell "Those that do not learn from the mistakes of the past are doomed to the same failures in the future" in the ancient sith language.
