Locations: Manufactory warehouse on Nar Shaddaa and a very small mining facility on Nal Koska.

Rationale: Since Attol was young he dreamed of living a lavish life high above the clouds. But for a gutter rat on Nar Shadda it would take alot of hard work and shady dealings to get there. That's why as soon as he was old enough Attol opened up the Groker Affiliation. The company started off as Attol hauling precious minerals from one planet to the other, working as a middle man between a mining company and a arms manufacturer. The pay was horrible but Attol stuck with it, finding more clients to haul for and eventually expanding his operation to over five ships. It was never his intention to do anything more then haul metal but an opportunity arised too good to pass up. Two of his clients were going out of business, one because of a deadly disease and the other due to missing bank payments. So, seeing his own future flash before his eyes, Attol sold off his small fleet of cargo ships and cashed in his life savings to buy both businesses. It took a little effort to workaround the bank and the dying clients family members but eventually Attol Groker was the proud owner of a manufacturing warehouse with its own mining facility in-system.

Description: the Groker Affiliation specializes in defense for the thrifty buyer. By utilizing special(cheap) blends of metal and plastic, the T.G.A can turn a low-income defense enthusiasts dreams into a reality. Most people in the galaxy can't afford a 'top of the line' droid from a 'trusted and well-respected' corporation but by taking off the fancy bits and boops and using Groker's low cost materials, the company manages save everyone money.
Most of Groker's metal comes straight from Nal Koska. With the company ships sold long ago they hire an outside corporation to haul their durasteel mined on Nal Koska to their manufacturing plant on Nar Shaddaa. There the raw durasteel is mixed with recycled plastic. Because the ratio of steel to plastic is so low, the end result is a much weaker metal but highly cost efficient for company.
When the Groker Affiliation first moved into manufacturing they ended up having to deal with a few lawsuits concerning their U-89 model of droids. Customers were complaining the U-89's were spontaneously combusting after just weeks of purchase. This set the company back a few steps in terms of reputation but thankfully all the people who initially stepped forward were easily dealt with outside of the courtroom.
That was years ago, now the company is pushing forward trying to regain their reputation and bring quality arms to the less fortunate.
