The Great Hyperlane Contest

THE GREAT HYPERLANE CONTEST

Explorers, wanderers, starnauts, and seekers of the unknown - it's time to fly your colors and make your mark on CHAOS history. We've seen faction colors come and go and the gleam of new planets as our people trek across the stars. We've asked you here today to make a certain portion of the map more accessible to all; The Unknown Regions, Outer Rim, and Wild Space are thought to be the last great frontier in the galaxy. It's time to forge a path through the wilds to mark the next great expansion.

You brave men and women are some of the greatest Pathfinders around. We task YOU to face the dangers of the uncharted wilds and forge the next great hyperlane for the map.

Do you have what it takes to make your mark?

The contest will run from June 2nd to June 23rd.

RULES

1. The contest is open to ALL members and Judges. Staff is ineligible.

2. Crafted hyperlanes should be located in the Unknown Regions, Outer Rim, or Wild Space ONLY. We are looking for a new hyperlane that will take a path not already covered by unmarked canon routes or those already on the map.

3. Each Hyperlane Location Template submission should have "Great Hyperlane Contest" in the title.

4. Only 1 submission allowed per member.

5. Winner will be chosen through popular vote by the entire CHAOS memberbase.

7. All entries must be fully submitted and approved no later than Sunday, June 11th.

The winning hyperlane route will be added to the official CHAOS map.

Questions pertaining to the contest can be asked here. Good luck everyone!

After some deliberation it has been decided that due to the low number of entries the Great Hyperlane Contest has been called off.

We will look at running the contest again in the future and the entries submitted this go-around will still count. Thank you to the participants.
