Description: Both characters are NPCs. When referring to them as an Absolute Monarchy they are equals in power and authority. They are referred to as the Imperial Crown. Their word is the ultimate law. The Imperial Knights and the ISB are both responsible for the safety and protection of the Crown.

Description: With the sudden retirement of Admiral Deschart, Admiral ‘ [member="Davin"] ’ will be taking over as Supreme Commander in Character; With this title Vad’avi’nuruodo is charged by the Imperial Crown with leading the Imperial Military’s Strategic Efforts when at war.

Council of Moffs​

Description: The Council of Moffs represents both Imperial Military High Command and the Legislative body of the Imperial Empire. The Title and Rank of Moff grants broad executive mandate over the civil and military affairs of the regions appointed to them by the Imperial Crown One may also hold the rank and authority of a Moff but not have a system assigned to them to govern. Instead the individual is simply considered fit to hold the title Moff. The Council however consists of every Moff no matter the size of their holdings, the Council is expected to produce the overall directives and orders that apply across the entirety of Imperial Space and beyond. The Council shall convene at the Imperial Court and all matters pertaining to the state of the empire will be addressed in council sessions before the Emperor and or Empress. The System(s) a Moff may be appointed to govern is subject to change based on the Imperial Crown’s decision.

The following individuals are appointed to the rank or elevated to the position of Moff for In Character Purposes:

• [member="Mason Deschart"] for dedicated loyalty and service to the Imperial crown; Retired Admiral;

• Vad’avi’nuroudo ' [member="Davin"] ' for dedicated loyalty and steadfast service to the Imperial crown; Charged with the Governance of Valc VII and Kad V.

• To provide equal voice the royal monarchy of the Crinan the ruling monarch(s) are considered to hold the rank and title of an Imperial Moff. Thus King Oliver Calvarona and Queen Emilia Calvarona are hereby gifted this title as a token of good faith. They are quite obviously charged with the Governance Luminita System.

• Caius Flavian for dedicated loyalty and steadfast service to the Imperial crown; Charged with the Governance of Kalee System; A prerequisite thread In character should be developed for this appointment prior to it taking affect.

The Title and Authority of Moff​

​

An Imperial Moff is a title which bestows great power and responsibility onto a single individual within the Empire.

An Imperial Moff participates on the Council of Moffs shaping Doctrine and thusly the Military. A Moff may be appointed to govern territory or oversee an entire branch of the military.

Head of a Branch​

An appointment to overseeing a branch of the military is an esteemed positon. Typically this appointment is granted to an individual from that respective branch who has proven that they have the best interests at heart. The only branch that will not have a moff appointed over it is the Intelligence and Security Bureau which is directly overseen by the Imperial Crown. This appointment requires that individual to devote the entirety of the lives to ensuring that all aspects of that branch are performing

As Regional Governor​

As a territorial governor the Imperial Moff is granted the broad mandate and powers of a supreme military dictator over an assigned area of space. The Moff is also responsible for managing the civil affairs of his region and ensure that all client states and nations under the Imperial Empire. A Moff is assigned an Imperial Star Fleet, an Army, along with several Storm Legions to protect and defend the territory he or she is assigned. The power and authority of a Moff is granted by the Imperial Crown thus the title may be removed just as easily as it is given.
