Description: The Bombing of Korriban took serious effect on [member="Kei Garnik"], it's because of those bombings that the current owner of the apartment suffers PTSD. The apartment was almost a wim purchase by Kei, brought so that he never had to really leave Kesh and so he had a place to pretend to sleep for a few hours after The Star Runner Cantina closed. The apartment isn't in the best shape, no way near, but that's the beauty of it. Kei brought it on the cheap as a fixup job, something to distract his mind and as such this apartment has the ability to change so much from small slum house to almost a place of beauty. Kei intends to remain on Kesh and die on Kesh, but should he ever leave then The Garnik-Raxis Apartment can easily become a simple hiding spot to get away for a while where people can't find him, his friends or his family. The door is maglocked, only accessable by keycard and inside it is very much open plan, apart from the bedroom and bathroom. The only locked door in the room leads to the closest, a place with a special keycard for Kei, a place Kei stores his lightsaber. The apartment is very much two bedroomed, the open bedroom up the stairs and the second bedroom behind the door.
History: The Apartment has changed hands many times since it was built in 667ABY. The origional owner was the owner of the complex, a man who lost the apartment to another couple in a game of Sabbac. The apartment then changed hands a second time only days later, this time to the man's son after the man's son had his pops assassinated. This son, known as Ryd' Undal, stripped the apartment apart and basically rebuilt it. He lived there for a few years, eventually selling the apartment to a man known as Ryd' Undal jr, his great grandson. The grandson lost the apartment to a Chiss male in a game of Sabbac, and this went on for a hundred or so years with the apartment being rebuilt several times over the course of it's owners. The owner prior to Kei wasn't the greatest, he was the one who allowed the apartment to become a dump, and he was responsible for selling the apartment onto Kei, the man who was looking for a dump.
Intent: To finally sub Kei's hideaway on Kesh and to give Kei's family/friends a place to hide when they need it.
