Strengths:
  • Zippy: A small craft with a quick engine, this ship is difficult to catch, being quick and manoeuvrable. Ever tried to shoot a dragonfly? Like that.
  • Well-protected: As well as being small and compact, the ship has state-of-the-art armor. So even if you DID manage to hit it, it would take more firepower to take this ship down than you might expect.
Weaknesses:
  • Give us a hand: Having the guns controlled separately from the main ship mean that it requires two people when in use; one to fly and one to shoot. Given the ship's cramped quarters, this can make it a little cramped
  • Limited consumables: Being compact can have its advantages, however, it also comes at a cost. The ship has very little space for consumables, requiring relatively frequent top ups for food and other necessities
DESCRIPTION
Nibsani went to Mandal Arms and Kaine Australis for a unique star-ship for her personal use. It had only a few requirements (well, only a few by her standards). Firstly, as an escaped slave, she wanted something with living amenities, so she would never be more than a few feet from a cockpit and be extension, hyperspace. Secondly, what good is a ship to escape in if you can catch up to it? It had to be fast, and it had to be hard to hit. The result was a craft with a small silhouette and punchy engines. Along with this, the armour plating for the ship is state of the art, thus, making it very hard to destroy entirely. Finally, it had to have weapons. The trade-off for the small size meant the weapon controls couldn't be in the cockpit so, even though it's armed, Nibsani won't be getting into any firefights on her own. The other half of the cost of its small size was the storage for consumables; there isn't much. It's designed to get her out of a tight spot quickly, but sustained space-travel requires a lot of planning as relatively frequent resupplies for food and such are essential.
