The Finest Mess I Could Get You Into

This was just another normal day for Raijin. He was off, away from Remnant space on what he considered one of his 'patrols'. His Nubian-made barge swam through space, quickly and quietly leading him to Royale Station, a rather large abandoned casino station that had lately grown into a bit of a haven for vagabonds.
It was the Shard's first time on this station, but he'd already begun to get a feel for the kinds of people he was seeing all over the place. There was an underlying sense of aggression here, as with anywhere that probably played host to a large number of wandering criminals. But none of it was directed at Raijin himself, yet. So, he felt very comfortable simply walking onto the decks of the station wearing jeans, long boots, and a sleeveless shirt. Of course, though, he had Inazuma belted onto his waist. His crystalline-hilted lightsaber never left his side.

Ebony had a habit of finding the more unsavoury of places, and by habit, to anyone that didn't know she wasn't actively enjoying that she was on these places, it would seem like she sought this kind of thing out, but today, she was heading to Royale Station because she got a tip that there was something she was after there, that there was a teacher for her out on this festering cesspit of vagrants and vagabonds. So she led her ship through the empty space, wading across the darkness in her imperial styled shuttle with its light re-purposing all around.

Something about today was going to be off, if she knew one thing, it was that anything she got herself into would cause problems, so as she moved in to dock, she closed off her connection to the holonet, having just finished telling [member="Vaulkhar"] what she was going to do and where she was.

Raijin let out a metallic sigh as he felt a presence in the Force. That always led to trouble, no matter what he did. It'd been forever and a day since he'd had a real apprentice. Nearly a decade, actually. Every other encounter he'd had with his fellow Force users had led him into trouble. Why would this time be an exception?
Several people approached the Shard, and although he felt no direct aggression from them, he kept his hand on the nearest part of the almost meter-long hilt of Inazuma. There was an odd sense of foreboding he felt as they passed him. Something about the red-framed sarlacc that marked the shoulders of their flight suits...
The way the lead man squinted at him and grabbed for a lightsaber on his own belt helped Raijin's foreboding, as did the muttered phrase 'Imp scum'

Ebony was no stranger to seeing fights or violence or literally anything anymore, but this was certainly a first. She entered the giant "derelict" station and walked through a few halls as she saw hundreds of small shelters set up by vagrants who found nowhere better to live out their pitiful last days. So she sat upon her thoughts momentarily before she heard the ignition of a lightsaber, and her being who she was, intrigue took the wheel as she sprinted for the source, only to find the giant metal shard with his huge lightsaber, surrounded by sith.

all that came from Ebony was a light "oh" as she saw the giant metallic creature readying for a fight.

As Raijin stopped moving, he suddenly sensed the presence of almost a dozen other Force users around him. Previously hidden Force users. He snapped Inazuma out of its holster, and the two and a half meter length of the blade and hilt was fairly obvious, even longer than the height of its wielder. He held it in a firm two-handed grip and barked out his metallic laugh as the Sith began to close in on him. Years before the current height of his power, he had been a Knight in the One Sith order, and now he had trained more.
Lightning began to arc through Raijin's body, and he dropped Inazuma into a one-handed Makashi grip, sweeping the giant weapon around like a dueling weapon. The lightning building up in his other hand flashed through the hallway, and the heat left a small trail of smoke on the Shard's hand. If he'd had a mouth, he would've grinned at the attractive woman who gasped just then.
"Well, hello."

Ebony was shocked to say the least as the giant... thing approached her, this, was a first to be perfectly honest, she'd never met a shard and she was fairly certain she may never meet another as it loomed over her. She cracked an uneasy smile to the creature and looked up, "hi... i'm um... Ebony" she said, afraid after the little spectacle she had just witnessed, but heavily intrigued. "You're not going to kill me too are you?" she said with a giggle, but she was definitely asking a serious question.

Raijin tilted his head and shrugged at the woman... Ebony, she said her name was? The giggle would've made him smile if he could, but instead the glowing parts of his body faded to their normal gray, and the friendly tone of his voice was fairly obvious.
"Do you plan to give me a reason to kill you, Ebony? No? Good. Name's Raijin."
Ebony was a whole half a foot shorter than the Shard's big metallic body, so Rai was craning his neck to look into her face. She was another Force user, obviously. Maybe weaker than him, but that wasn't that weird. He looked around the hall, sighing at the carnage that'd ensued.
"No rest for the wicked, I guess. I just got here, too."

Ebony smiled at the giant, she was glad she didn't have to die today, would've been a shame. So she stood and looked the giant shard up and down, her bright blue eyes observing every inch as she felt the force seeping from it. She swept her crimson red strands of hair from her eyes and put a finger to her lips in wonder.

"So Rajin... Why here?" She asked, sweeping her arm to the charred corpses.

Raijin shrugged and put his hands in his pockets. Why had he come here?
"I'm not into the whole 'guided by the Force' bit, so let's just say I'm bored."
Honestly, that was the real reason he was here. Not because of some complicated mentalist bull, but because he'd been bored out of his mind sitting in an office and doing paperwork.

"Good, not a fan of it either" ebony commented before a rather intensely awkward silence befell the conversation. The two staring at each other calmly while the smell of charred bodies was thick In the air. Ebony decided she'd interrupt the silence after it had lingered for a few seconds. "So, what now?" She asked.

Another big old shrug from Raijin, and then he decided that maybe it was time to do something. He nodded towards what appeared to be a bar.
"Drink? I can't actually do so myself, but I'll buy you a couple."
He figured that was a good way to make friends, right?

Ebony let out a cute giggle, a bright smile on her lips. "I like you, for a big ol bit of metal, you're adorable" she cooed and then laughed again, the smile then receded mostly, leaving a light smirk upon her lips.

"you got a deal" She stated after her little bout, before walking with the big shard to the bar.

Rai let out a snort that was probably not nearly as effective without a nose or face to express the movement.
"Observant girl like you must've noticed I'm a particularly weird hunk of metal. I'll take adorable, though. That's a new title."
A bouncer stood in front of the bar, and the big Shard gave Ebony a quick glance before letting the spikes on his shoulders unfold and very visibly arc lightning between them. The surly-looking man's expression turned into one of well-hidden surprise as he stepped out of the way, with a not as well-hidden mutter of 'Sith'.
"Psh. What a pushover."

it was Ebony's return to let out a little snort this time as she let out a bout of laughter, this was probably the first time she'd gone somewhere in the galaxy where there was no heinously impending thought of death lurking behind her. So she smiled. "Yep, i'm gonna stick with adorable if it keeps you not all death and killing" Ebony giggled once more.

"So the drink's on you yeah?" Ebony enquired lightly as she threw several glances to all sides, her eyes bouncing around all of the unsavoury looking characters nearby. She knew that there were few places in the galaxy that were bars that didn't know her for her violent outbursts that she caused. Mainly due to her skin tight black leather attire that drew the eyes of all the men and some of the women in these bars. Today being no different in a kind of lead up as she moved to a bar cubicle with the large shard, both fo them sitting down on opposite sides with the shard's heavy frame causing an almighty creek from the chair.

Rai sighed as the chair he sat in creaked under his big metal body, but watched Ebony as her eyes seemed to move around the room. Looking for danger, probably.
"Yeah, drink's on me. What're you looking for?"
[member="Ebony Blackheart"]

"People like to look at a girl wearing skin tight latex, and people also have a habit of hunting me... I don't play nice with others most of the time" Ebony giggled in reply with a coy smile.

[member="Darth Raijin"]

"So, you giggle at people until they're distracted, or is it to convince me to zap anybody who starts something?"
Raijin took a look around the room himself, deciding that he could probably do his normal lightning bit on anybody who actually tried to dash across the room and attack. Besides, anybody that phenomenally stupid deserved to get zapped.

Ebony giggled again with her same light smile on her face, "I giggle because it relieves stress, because if ya can't laugh or smile, then you've got no point being here" Ebony commented, and if it weren't for her endlessly jovial way of speaking, she would have almost been taken seriously by most. However, her giggle came back as a waiter came by, a disorderly man with a swelling beer gut and a greasy look about him. His eyes twitching from some sort of substance abuse and her eyes narrowing on Ebony's slightly unzipped front of her suit, that revealed an ample amount of cleavage.

"Whaddya want?" The man asked, his voice gruff and with no time to care for another's emotions.

"Just something light, got anything to eat?" Ebony asked, tilting her head back, her chest being more prominently displayed to the large man as he looked down, his gaze ever moreso detectable for where he was looking.

"Yeah sure darlin, i'll get you a beer or somethin' and grab you some chips, and i guess the big fella ain't eatin'?" The rather unsightly man asked as his sweat and grease stained white shirt and apron radiated outer rim.

"Don't think so" Ebony said with a giggle and smile.

[member="Darth Raijin"]

Rai shrugged at Ebony's answer, turning to look back at her again.
"Didn't build this body with a face on it, but you've definitely heard me laugh."
The waiter came over, and oh boy, did he look like hell. He was looking down at the lady's breasts, which the Shard couldn't honestly blame him for, but there was also the fact that the man's eyes were yellower than even dark side corruption could make them. When the question of whether Raijin was going to eat or not came up, he tilted his head to one side.
"I'm curious as to how I'd eat without a mouth, mister."
[member="Ebony Blackheart"]

Ebony resisted her urge to facepalm, she couldn't blame the waiter, working out in this part of the galaxy would not leave one with many thoughts about happiness or any kind of entertaining activities. So Ebony wasn't quite blaming the man for looking down at her chest, although she felt uncomfortable with his gaze lingering on them for as long as it did. However he was soon distracted by the shard, and he just gave the monolith a sharp glare and turned and walked off.

"Should've built in something for sarcasm" Ebony joked with a giggle and girlish smile as she leaned round the corner to see the large man enter the bar through two swinging doors into a kitchen, steam and smoke rising out from above the double doors in unison.

"Charming fellow he was" Ebony commented calmly.

"I found one" The large waiter said quietly in amongst the hisses of the kitchen to a rather grouchy looking tall Twi'Lek

"You found a good one i hope you mean lars" the Twi'Lek commented as he rubbed his forehead to wipe away his sweat.

"i Reckon if we grab this one we could make near enough a million credits just from those damn looks" the man called "Lars" said, almost drooling at the thought of the woman.

"Get the boys then, we'll need to separate any company she's got with her" the Twi'Lek stated as he placed his eyes back down onto his work as he walked back to his utensils, grabbing two long knives to begin cutting away at some meat.

"There's a giant shard with her boss" "Lars" stated blankly, moreso from not knowing what emotion to display.

"Then get her away from the bloody thing instead" the Twi'Lek responded with a face palm.
