Name: The Fenrik Desalination Plant.

Classification: A desalination and water purifier.
Location: Kaeshana's Southern Hemisphere. Several kilometres south of the Fenrik garrison, on the banks of the river.
Affiliation: The First Order.
Description: Built on the banks of the river, south of the Fenrik garrison, the desalination plants facilities are built on the bank of the river. On the other side of the heavy machinery sits the engineering officers, and the barracks for the fifty strong Planetary Defence Force garrison stationed there.
The plant is divided into Four distinct parts. The six purifiers, the bottling plant, the offices and then the loading dock. The first part the water reaches is the water purifiers.
Each purifier pumps water up from the river and have it treated within a large holding tank. The water is assessed for any foreign objects and contaminants harmful to the health of the Eldorai, Humans and other alien species. Once the water has been tested, it is then filtered to get rid of any foreign objects before purification begins. The purification is perfomed through chemical dispersal. The chemicals are added, and sit in the vat for several hours, before being again tested for cleanliness.
The water, once purified is sent to the bottling plant. Due to the First Order lacking the current infrastructure for direct pipe based pumping, and being able to secure such pipes from raiders, water is transported to settlements via cargo shuttle. To allow for easier transportation, the water is stored in 100 litre barrels, easily transportable. Using a series of conveyor belts, the barrels are filled up one by one, before being shifted to the loading dock.
With the barrels now filled and sealed, they are taken to the loading dock where they are loadedon by cranes to the freighters. In turn the freighters deliver the fresh water across the planet from the ruins of Santaissa all the way to small rural homesteads.
History: Immediately after the Battle of Kaeshana, and the withdrawal of Galactic and Tagyran Alliance troops, the First Order set about the reconstruction of the planet. As apart of the initial phase of that reconstruction, it was decided upon by the First Order that the civilian population needed a source of regular water. Ergo it was decided upon by military and the survivors of the humanitarian mission to build a facility able to purify water and transport it to population centres using a series of transports.
Intent: To assist in the reconstruction of Kaeshana.
