• Hierarchy: The Exilium Authority is coordinated through the the 'Council of Exilium', also known as the assembly. The are the board of men and women who run the government, military, and oversee all operations within their territories. In turn a Eternal Empire representative is present to assist where it is needed, and to keep the Empire updated.
