Just a quick question for people who are more knowledgeable on site lore/history than I am.

I'm looking to make this character a key player in The Exchange, and eventually it's leader in the future. I was just wondering whether this criminal organization has already been claimed by a faction or anyone else, and therefore whether it's available for free use.

Just needed a reason for Killian to be crime-involved, and somewhere for him to gain power through developing story.
