STRENGTHS
  • Advanced Combat Programming: Due to their status as the Eldon's best frontline unit, the Deathlord Divine Essence Hosts have been outfitted with a number of upgrades to give the inhabitors a higher lethality in combat, from ranged firefights to close-quarters trench warfare. They are more than capable of working alone or in squads where they can utilize a variety of modern and ancient military tactics, depending on the enemy and their assigned objective.
  • Weapon Adaptability: Thanks to the designs of their arms and hands, the Deathlord D.E.H.s are capable of utilizing virtually any blaster or melee weapon in the Galaxy. Additionally, because of the D.E.H.s programming upgrades, the inhabitors automatically learn how to properly use the weapon they are currently wielding and thus require very little to no training whatsoever to become a true threat on the battlefield.
  • Resistances: The metals used in the construction of these D.E.H.s gives them a much higher resistance to damage than the standard Sabak D.E.H. which is mostly intended to be used in swarm tactics or standard advancing tactics.
WEAKNESSES
  • Limited Production: As the materials and upgrades used to construct these D.E.H.s are of a higher quality than most, the production of the units is sorely limited as well, with only 100 Deathlord D.E.H.s to a Sabak's 1000.
  • Slow: The thickness of the plating surrounding the Deathlord D.E.H.s forces the units to be slower than other models, which of course puts them at a disadvantage as they cannot reach cover as fast as they would like and are at greater risk of suffering damage.
  • High Priority Targets: The threat Deathlords pose on the battlefield makes them a prime target for focused assaults, which of course puts them at a greater risk of being destroyed before they can do any real damage.
  • EMP/ION Weapons: As with any droid or cyborg, Deathlord D.E.H.s are highly susceptible to EMPs and ION weapons which can either shut them down or outright destroy them.
DESCRIPTION
When the Eldon Divinity resolved to wage endless war upon the Known Galaxy and all of its lifeforms, they issued the production of a line of Divine Essence Hosts capable of leading the main assaults with fury and strength. Thus came the Deathlord line of DEHs, cybernetic bodies comparable to elite armors of commando units across the Galaxy.

Modeled after the skeletal frame of the Galaxy's dominant species and outfitted with thick armor plating to imitate fully outfitted humans, the Deathlord DEHs are the most dangerous standard unit on the battlefield for the enemies of the Divinity who are born witness the menagerie of metallic monstrosities marching without remorse or fear.

What separates these DEHs from the rest is that they are completely capable of utilizing most handheld weaponry throughout the Galaxy, meaning that it is additionally common for the enemies to witness these Deathlords wielding blaster rifles, rotory-blasters, missile launchers, and even vibroswords. This makes them a highly versatile and deadly force for the Divinity to deploy to battle against their enemies.
