- Membership: The Confederate Imperium is exclusive to members of the CIS. New members are trained accordingly to their roles and are given great potential in fields to move up in. Just about everyone in this organization had to earn their place within it, and any leaders who break from this would easily be looked down upon. 20,000 is the number of initial members in the Confederate Imperium, and is slowly but steadily growing.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The story of the Confederate Imperium is one of betrayal and heartbreak. After the fall of the Galactic Empire and the orders were give be absorbed into the First Order. This was a major turning point for Don Delfino as he was presented with a choice. Stay with the those he was loyal to and with values he upheld, but be in the end run and be enveloped into a faction he found to be a hive of scum and villainy. Or stay true to himself and defend what he viewed as his true home and stand alone against the oncoming tide of invaders. As a mere political officer, the consequences of deserting his faction could be severe.
In the end he choose to stay in the fringes of Hutt Space in what was the Galactic Empire, with those under his command he he gave them the same option, either leave in their mass exodus, or uphold the values he's instilled in his subordinates and stand as one for their believes. Either option wouldn't warrant punishment from him. In fact they would easily be rewarded with leaving their traitor of an Officer. In the end what it was that surprised Don was that most of his soldiers stood with him, clearly affected by the character he show with standing by his beliefs instead of simply those in charge. Wanting to see if they'd stand alone Don reached out to Cobra, seeing they too did not wish leave for the say of surviving another day.
Although Don was heartbroken to see the Galactic Empire, a nations and its values become a mere shell of what it once was. Knowing that if they wanted to uphold the principles they valued, they'd do it themselves. However, his world truly would change when he found that he and Cobra would be soon marching to the beat of The Confederacy of Independent Systems. Seeing that their values were indeed not opposed, but aligned. Breaking their echo chambers the duo of Imperial Warlords would then incorporated themselves into the CIS as a wave to ride for their goal of justice and security for all while being based in their star destroyers and the former imperial world of Scarif.
