Charting new Paths
We are giving this a second go. And this time, we are going to pace ourselves so we don't burn out or lose our cynergy. I am a big believer in both organics leadership styles and collective creativity, so this is what we are going to go slow and take our time. The tortoise beat the hare every time, and that is what we are going to try to do.
I am a big believer in organic leadership, and that right there is what I will strive for. I know I can't carry this all by myself. So I won't even try. I will outsource, I will accept volunteers, and I am going to say yes to a lot of ideas, so ask away. This is your faction, you get to mold it, and this is 100% team work.
At least for now, here is what we will do: start with a player base. Those who are both active and want it, shall receive leadership positions. First come first serve.

How are we going to grow?
Ever noticed how trees grow? I know, a lot of questions, but eh, oh well. It starts with a seed, it grows into a sappling, and that sappling grows branches. As it gets older the trunk gets thicker, stronger, and the branches branch out, in a nexus of growth.
That is what we are going for. Organically, growth depends on who you want to play with. You like to RP with someone who you think would fit in? Invite them. They will stick around to RP with you. Trust me, it works. Then they will do the same. And the same. Before you know it, we are all having fun, Rping with people we like, doing things we like and growing even more.
I have no intention of sending out a "hey join us" thread. No, we will spread through word of mouth. And that is the best way to grow because it is the way to keep people in. That's all I got for now. I am going to go crash. Genesis thread is bellow, join the movement.
