When The Jen'ari Empire announced itself to the galaxy and became a major faction, it took control of Chiss Space which led to a handful of battles between the Chiss and TJE. The battles finally ending with a treaty to allow TJE to control Chiss space and the Chiss ascendancy would submit to Imperial law, and both would share resources. As well any enemy of the Jen'ari Empire was an enemy to the Chiss ascendancy. An official scroll document was signed by TJE Dark Council and The Chiss Aristocra making it all set in stone and legal.

Over all this looks fine. I presume this is the replacement to the one you and [member="Jairus Starvald"] had talked about? If so I will archive that one. In the future if you are working with a judge on something, if you could make sure to loop them in that would be excellent and keep everything moving faster for everyone :D
