Rationale:

Under the holy-order of his God-King: Darth Carnifex, Micolash Paarl was charged with the creation of new weapons of war, so as to aid The Black Empire in bringing death and destruction to the Galaxy. To this end, and using the resources at his disposal, Micolash Paarl founded two companies. Paarl Industries: a corporation to act as a public front for the "philanthropist", and The Blood Forge, which would quietly create weapons of war for the Black Empire.

Description:

Born from holy decree, The Blood Forge quickly set to work on fulfilling its charge. The corporation settled on the planet of Osseriton. Located at the edge of the known galaxy, and away from prying eyes. The remote planet served as a suitable location to quietly research, develop, and manufacture, new weapons of war for The Black Empire. A large facility was built on the planets surface, so as to house their work. Initially, their focus lay uponthree separate operations:

• Weapon Manufacturing
• Armor Manufacturing
• Starship Manufacturing

The responsibilities for each operation were spread across three separate divisions, each of which specialized in their respective fields. The weapon-division focused on creating handheld weaponry, to arm the infantry of the Black Empire. The armor-division focused on shielding the infantry, through the creation of high quality armors. And finally, so as to supplement The Black Empire fleet, the starship-division focused on the creation of new, powerful, warships.

Though the company was run by Micolash Paarl, he was careful to scrub any evidence of his involvement. He did this to protect his identity as a servant of the God-King, and keep his public persona intact.
