Yes that is right, for the black ties, many of us are wanting more story oriented things. As such, we will be doing just that. With us taking over Antecedant, that was once Red Raven's was trying to get back into the swing of things with having the various smaller gangs within the planet team up to create their own form of a government. Kind of like how we are. As such, because the Black ties now claiming dominance over that world, they are fighting back.
After moving all of their operations to Makeb, they are not making assaults against us on the planet of Antecedant. However, this is not by an army.
They are starting riots in the streets, making other gangs who are not with the black ties, fight with them via propaganda, or other means of credits, trades, favors, and a place with them in their own mass of gangs dubbed, The White Doves.
They want to create their own government where each gang can do what they want, whatever they want much like Nar Shaddaa where each gang member who grows stronger will be their own ruler.
We are needing to prevent that.
