Rationale: After the fall of the Sith Empire, and the decline of the Galactic Republic. Darth Kentarch began hiring former Sith Empire soldiers in the Tingel Arm to serve as professional soldiers for his own ends. After the Coup on Coruscant, Kentarch was given command of the Sith Rebels mercenary forces. Returning to Ession he turned this mercenary army into a Private Military Corporation.

Description: The Black Legion Mercenary Corps, also called The Black Legion, The Black Army, or The Black Army of Ession. Is private military corporation out of the Corporate Sector. Many of the soldiers who fight in The Black Legion are former Espos or soldiers form the fallen Sith Empire, new recruits are filtered through rigorous training and selection processes. Darth Kentarch gathered these men on the a world unconquered by The Sith Empire's enemies: Ession. Consisting of several combat divisions, these men and women serve primarily as shock troops in combat zones as directed by their leader Darth Kentarch. While originally they were assigned to dominion the domains of the One Sith, under Kentarch's leadership these men led the assault during a coup on Coruscant. These mercenaries would secure The Dark Temple and The Imperial Palace as well as win the battle against a superior force that led to the Emperor's demise.
The Black Legion provides services as shock troops, willing to be soldiers for hire under any circumstance. Amphibious assault, orbit combat landings, sweeping battle lines across country sides, storming fortresses, and assaulting urban strongholds, there is not job The Black Legion is not cut out for. Services can be provided even at the smallest level, a handful of men to serve as security guards or bodyguards, to entire battalions ready for combat. Governments are not the only clients The Black Legion serves, they also can be employed by private companies or individuals who require private military services or training.
