  • Description: The Anjiliac Cartel is an organization circling around the infamous Hutts, a criminal syndicate that's known and feared through the galaxy, ruled by the Anjiliac Kajidic with alliances with the five stronger Kajidics of houses Anjiliac, Besadii, Jiramma, Gorensla, Qunaalac Known for their deceptive and down right cruel natures, the crime lords make for devious allies but deadly enemies.

GEOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

  • Headquarters: Smuggler's Run.

  • Realm: [HQ] Smuggler’s Run, Nal Hutta, Nar Shaddaa, Coruscant Underlevels other small crime areas in the galaxy.

  • Domain: In the Smuggler's Run, it is known to criminals that the Queen's words are law. No guns are allowed in her establishments, no senseless deaths, no disrespect made to her kajidic or associates. Always greedy and always hungry, fear is the common currency of her 'domain', and although the Anjiliac hold no true power besides money and thugs, their 'domains' remain a profitable place where criminals that play by the rules can make a lot of money.

  • Notable Assets: Palace of Popara, hosts court and owns several business in the Smuggler's Run

SOCIAL INFORMATION

  • Hierarchy: Ruled by the eldest Anjiliac in power.

  • Membership: NPC mostly. Often hires outlaw/smuggler/assassin/bounty hunter/mercenary players to do jobs for them.

  • Influence: Among the governments in the galaxy there is no real influence the Anjiliac have, like the Hutt Cartel has with any of them. In fact, most of them seem to make the Hutts as their enemies due to their ‘former’ slavery actions. The Anjiliac, although, possess ‘small’ influence due to bribery with small local forcers in a few planets, but no real influence. Only great influence the cartel has is with other criminal organizations due to rivalry or partnership.

  • Climate: Organization led by fear and money. The heads of the Anjiliac are mostly feared and hated by their subjects in their courts, they often pay to feel loved or worshipped and people tend to follow, smiling on the outside while hating and feeling themselves disgusted by their looks and actions.

  • Reputation: Often judge by their business, the Anjiliac are seen by governments from all the galaxy as gangsters and crime syndicates. For the underworld, the Cartel is known for being ruthless and successful as there would always be a Hutt lorda holding power over others.

  • Rules: While most rules are applied by its local Hutt kingpins and lordas, one rule stands above all to all for the Anjiliac.
“Never steal, cheat, lie, disrespect or trick a Hutt.”

  • Doctrines: Fear and money rule everything. One can never win over a mad Hutt with just words. To eat, survive and be respected one must show how profitable is that for the Anjiliac, a clan ruled by a Hutt that only sees profit, that tries to find it anywhere she can in the galaxy or with anyone. Slavery is the only deal the Anjiliac tend to refuse and punish if done inside their territories, since they try to stay low with the major powers that surround their territories in the galaxy. It is said that work is always found in the Palace of the Anjiliac if one is bold enough to ask, instead of being assigned.

  • Goals: More money, more influence, more power for someday to rule the galaxy.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION

For centuries, their powers have diminished to a mere shadow of influence in the major galaxy, but they never died. Survivors, the Hutts awaited in their homeworld to turn the tides and win back what was rightfully theirs.

The Anjiliac lost Point Nadir, going back to Nar Shadaa, buying small properties to run their business in the chaotic moon. Not long after Coruscant fell, the Anjiliac seeing the reconstruction of the planet being made, went on to buy lands nobody want it in the Underlevels. Raising casinos, pubs, clubs and pleasure houses in those areas, the Anjiliac became legitimate business aliens by buying land from all those that are interest to sell when something bad happens in Coruscant, using that as a front to cover up their real deals with dealings of guns, alcohol, spice, information, vehicles, robbery, larceny, murder and intimidation to make money in the chaotic under levels of Coruscant. A area where law and order where never something the past governments could or even cared enough to actually enforce.

Ensuring their rule over the Smuggler's Run, the Cartel has won a small war in the place, burning and taking back the area to their control against the Quermian brothers Joti and Riza, by using lies to make one brother turn against the other. Sending forces to both sides, Popara had them both captured, their thugs killed and made a example, bringing both of them in front of her throne in her newly made Palace, there, Popara tossed both in the pit, tossing a pipe and saying that only one would get out of there alive. As brother fought brother to the death, she laughed, raising the victor from the pit and burning him alive afterwards, for she said he would get off the pit alive, but never said anything about her palace. When it was done, the 'Queen' ruled her petty kingdom as she saw fit, buying small pubs and clubs from crime areas in the galaxy to deal with her business of spice and information, Queen Popara proved that she deserved a place among the greatest of all lordas.

Greedy and hungry for more power, the Anjiliac plot to take control of what the Hutt Ruling Council has failed to hold within their grasp. In her plans, Popara says to all about plans of retaking Nar Shaddaa from all other crime bosses and taking back the moon to the control of the Hutts and those that join her.

Hello there,

It looks like you're trying to submit the canonical Hutt Cartel, so I'm going to need the relevant links for that in the appropriate fields. In general, you need to comb through this sub and provide hyperlinks for all locations, races, characters, and major events (e.g. Hutt Cataclysms) mentioned in this submission, especially as you're lifting entire passages from wiki pages in some instances.

Please leave this area vague when referencing specific Hutt Clans. Just use the Hutt Ruling Council/Council of Eldars in their place.

Doctrines: The true meaning of the Huttese word for kajidic is said to mean "Somebody's got to have it, why not us?" Kajidic is a tricky Hutt term for their clans, families and "business enterprises", with little to no respect for local authorities, Hutts soon become enemies or wanted in whatever planet they operate. Kajidic. It has existed as an ideal for the entirety of recorded Hutt existence. That by virtue of birth alone, a Hutt is entitled to whatever he may obtain, however he might obtain it. And that Hutt-kind is above all else, that one day, the entire galaxy would bow before their might.
The Kajidic philosophy didn't develop until after the Hutt Cataclysms. Please edit accordingly.

As for the History section, since you're working with a canon group with a rich history, I'd like to see you flesh this section out some more. For example, an overview of the rise of the Kajidic system as a replacement for the Hutt's previous ideology centering around pure warmongering. Major events on Chaos such as the 400 Years of Darkness.

There's actually been at least one instance where the Hutt Cartels have been a Major Faction on the board, so you might talk a bit about that as in the rise and fall of the Hutts in the current era.

After thinking about this and then talking to the Codex Admin, we decided that it may be too much for you to create an organizational submission for the Hutt Cartel as a whole, and we would prefer you rework this submission limiting it to covering your specific Kajidic/gang.

[member="Jyoti Nooran"] now I am confused. Is this sub in need of what? Do i still need to work in the history and etc? I changed every single mention of the Hutt Cartel itself. Also, i do not know where to find Chaos history.

Some of my original comments don't apply as I asked you to rework this submission as becoming specific to your particular gang/clan within the Hutt Cartel. However, I do see in many cases you just replaced Hutt Cartel with Anjiliac without addressing other issues.

Please use the formal title, which is the Hutt Ruling Council. Also to be clear, while it's stated that the canon body has five seats, clans can hold more than one seat on the council.

Please fix your links here. You can't claim the entirety of the Smuggler's Run as an asset, but you can say something to the effect of having several locations or territory there.

Domain: Rule Nal Hutta with a iron fist. All the rule of Nal Hutta is done by the Hutt Council, or Hutt Cartel made of the five most powerful families from all the Hutt clans. Rule over Nal Hutta is considered to be even more fair then in some ‘civilized’ planets as the Hutts are slugs of word that are always looking for long term profits instead of causing troubles.
Looks like one of the holdovers from the original version of your sub. Please edit this, focusing on your clan.

Please edit this section according to my previews statements in my initial review.

In the history section, I'd still like to see this part fleshed out more, with a greater focus on your specific clan rather than the Hutt race/Cartels as a whole.
