STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
+ Warrior: Thallai is a warrior through and through, enjoying the challenge and thrill of combat and viewing battle as a chance for glory and honor. This eagerness for battle makes it difficult for her to conceive of yielding or retreating.
+Disciplined: Extensive training has made Thallai a very disciplined warrior, following orders almost instinctively and without voiced question. This has also given her strong mental barriers, so basic mind tricks don't work well on her when performed by the unskilled.
+Ruthless: Her Sith training has made Thallai brutal and unrelenting when dealing with opposition, preferring to completely crush any sign of opposition at the earliest opportunity, generally with extreme force.
+Ambitious: Thallai's time with the Sith has made her incredibly ambitious, to the point of planning to be the sole ruler of the galaxy in the future. However, her ambition is tempered by patience, as she is aware of her long life span and the possibilities it presents.
+Confident: As befitting a Sith, Thallai is very confident in her abilities, both as a warrior and a force user. This is helped by her natural abilities as an energy vampire enhancing her physical capabilities and prowess.
+Pragmatic: Though she enjoys combat, Thallai knows better than to assume that her skills with her lightsaber are enough to see her through any situation or that the force is infallible. This is what led to her learning to effectively use firearms and thermal detonators should the need arise. She's also not above fighting dirty if that's what it takes to win a fight.
+Protective: A hold over from her early upbringing, Thallai is very protective over what she considers to be hers, whether that be objects, places, or even people. If something she considers under her protection is damaged in any way, she flies into a black rage that won't abate until the perpetrator is punished for their infraction on her territory.
-Conflicted Morality: The protective, moral upbringing of her childhood and the dark, power-hungry training of the Sith both resonate strongly in Thallai, leading to a strong constant pull to both the light and dark sides of the Force, though she currently prefers the powers and abilities granted by the dark side.
-Blood-thirsty: Her love of combat and her natural hungers as an energy vampire combine to make Thallai crave the visceral thrill of combat and the sense of power that comes from a slain opponent to an unhealthy degree.
-Disloyal: An effect of both her ambition and her conflicted morality, Thallai holds no true loyalty to The One Sith, or indeed anyone. However, this lack of loyalty prevents from ever really gaining true allies, only fearful subordinates.
-Untested: For all her training, Thallai has yet to truly be tested in war and violent combat, giving her a crippling lack of experience with the kind of surprises that can crop up in truly dangerous situations.
-Arrogant: As befitting a Sith, Thallai is dangerously overconfident in herself and her abilities, viewing non-force users as little threat compared to her, an arrogance enhanced by her pragmatism, as she also tends to believe she's smarter than most people.
-Paranoid: Extensive time in the back-stab happy atmosphere of the Sith has made Thallai unwilling to trust, always believing that someone is planning to cut her down to advance themselves. This keeps Thallai from forging strong ties to other beings, as she always wonders why someone would desire to grow close to her.
-Obsessive: Thallai easily grows obsessed with her plans and goals, forgetting to sleep or eat at times. This also extends to her protectiveness, as she'll frequently go so far as attempting to protect people from themselves.
APPEARANCE:
Thallai is taller than your average human woman with raven-black hair, reddish-brown eyes and alabaster skin. Her training as a Sith has given her a toned body, though the durasteel armor and black cloak she normally wears keeps it mostly hidden. She also wears a breath mask over the lower part of her face that serves as both air filter and oxygen source should she need it.
BIOGRAPHY:
Thallai doesn't know or particularly care who her parents are, all she knows is that they abandoned her in the wilds of Tython. Were not for the lucky chance of travelers, Thallai would have died an infant, alone and helpless. The travelers, whose names she likewise doesn't know, brought her to an orphanage, where she spent the next thirteen years of her life brought up to their teachings, learning that strength was meant to protect those without any.
However, shortly after she turned thirteen, Tython was conquered by The One Sith, who raided the orphanage looking for those who were force sensitive. Thallai was one of the one taken, and the training and indoctrination they put her through lasted a brutal seven years that warped the noble ideas she had been ingrained with into dark, savage dreams of conquest, power, and glory.
However, the ideals of Thallai's childhood are still ingrained in her consciousness, and this protective instinct wars with her desire to rule. This disconnect gives her a wavering loyalty to the Sith and while she revels in the power of the Dark Side of the Force, the ultimate purpose of her power is a question she still struggles to answer.
SHIP:
Retrofitted Z-95 Headhunter, painted black with red highlights, equipped with a hyper-drive generator.
WEAPONS:
Thallai uses a black saber-staff with a red blade as her primary weapon, though she also keeps a bryar pistol to hand. In addition, she has small arsenal of ranged weapons that she keeps in her Headhunter for situations where her force powers and lightsaber are of limited use and her bryar pistol won't do the job. These are an old imperial heavy repeater, a Tenloss DXR-6 disruptor rifle with scope, and a Stouker concussion rifle. In addition to these weapons, she keeps a belt of thermal detonators for use in case of a true emergency. She also has a black whip she uses as a training device for a lightwhip she intends to build in the future, but is currently not skilled enough to safely wield.
