Test Your Might [Jonas vs Chiasa]

Vaynai

Jonas stood alone on the coast of a beach on the planet of Vaynai, known for it's beautiful beaches and soothing ocean. His warm, hazel eyes scanned the horizon, slowly moving from left to right. It was a planet rich with life and commotion. The sun was slowly going down and hiding behind the crystal blue waters. To sights like this, Jonas had a special devotion.

He was awaiting the arrival of a twi'lek, one known as [member="Chiasa Kritivaas"], so he might test her melee ability so he can assess this chick. He wanted to make sure even this girl could stand alongside the Vanguard. He wasn't going to be too hard on her in fear of appearing to be a dick. But, he was not going to go easy either. It was going to be a good spar, certainly not quick.

Jonas began to pace as his patience was being tested. Something told him that she might not show up. Hopefully, the air space was not too congested..

Chiasa was not particularly pleased about the invitation she'd received, but she'd shown up all the same. She'd joined the Vanguard to learn how to fight and defend herself after all. While she didn't have any illusions about her chances of beating [member="Jonas Vile"], she was damned well going to try. If this wound up being just a little less one sided than her last fight, she would consider it a successful brawl.

At least he'd picked a nice location.

She took in the view as she settled her private ship down, just on the edge of the sand. Of course she knew from experience sand wasn't so soft when you were being pile-driven head first into it.. Still, in the Vanguard he had seniority, the decision was out of her hand. If you had to lay somewhere all injured and pathetic it might as well be on a beach.

She shrugged internally, deciding to be philosophical about it, as she walked down the ramp to meet Vile. She was dressed fairly conservatively for her, since he had said it would be a melee duel. Conservative didn't mean frumpy however, the Twi'lek wore a black leather jumpsuit and knee-high boots, a girl had to have some style.

"I do hope I didn't keep you waiting too long."

She commented with a purr, noting his pacing. She'd likely regret the teasing, but she couldn't help it. There was no need for him to know how fast her heart was already racing.
