Tesda'latha'osomo was born on Csilla to the Ruling House of Sabosen. Her father is a politician and her mother is a health practitioner. She is fairly new to her role as Aristocrata of House Sabosen. Being heavily involved in Chiss politics, Latha spends most of her time at the House Palace at Csaplar. As much as she despises the Sith, Latha is part of a welcoming committee for outsiders and is especially interested in making sure that non-Csilla, non-Chiss who are trapped in Chiss space are giving a fair legal trial if Csilla laws have been broken.
