Her breathing was coming out ragged for a moment or two, the feeling of the force sliding along her skin as Matsu pushed it through her body. Slowly into the muscles and bone down deep into the marrow as she pushed out with the force sending a wave of energy off to deflect a practice slug that was coming at her. Fast and made to work on deflection skills but she turned spinning the wind into a wall around her body. She was trying what Alex had recommended and communing with the force rather then simply using it, trying to find that connection and invisible strand that would allow her to feel it. She had invited those who wanted to come the chance to see both what she knew and to be able to practice or learn possibly something new.
