Strengths:
- Heavy Weaponry: For a ship of its class and size, the Tempus has nine powerful quad turbolasers that can tear apart other frigates, corvettes, and in groups, cruisers.
- Supporting: The Tempus-class is excellent at supporting larger cruisers and star destroyers by drawing fire away and destroying pesky frigates and corvettes.
- Ventral Blindspot: The bottom of the ship has only two turbolasers and three point defense guns, not enough to deter a large concentrated assault on the ventral portion of the ship.
Unfortunately, the Tempus-class has one major weakness; Even with all of the turbolasers, there is a minimal amount of defense in place on the ventral section of the frigate, allowing for a determined attack to break through and damage the ship. But even with that, the Tempus-class still does an amazing job at supporting cruisers and star destroyers, making them an ample choice for any naval commander to have.
