OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION
  • Intent: Submit one of Daro’s custom tools.
  • Canon Link: /
  • Restricted Missions: /
  • Primary Source: Skeleton Key | Scramble Key.
PRODUCTION INFORMATION
  • Manufacturer: Daro Tarsi
  • Model: Tarsi's Liquid Keys.
  • Affiliation: Daro Tarsi
  • Modularity: Internal coding can be updated to accommodate development in security, but that's it.
  • Production: Semi-Unique
  • Material: Liquid Metal casing, agrinium-laced electronics.
SPECIAL FEATURES

  • Liquid. The outer casing of the key is made from liquid metal that can reshape into various shapes and forms. This enables it to unlock most mechanical locks given enough time and caution.

  • Hybrid. The inside contains an integrated scramble key that allows the key to slice, bypass and hack many forms of electronic security systems.
Strengths:
  • Comprehensive: It can unlock, bypass and slice through many security systems.
  • Resistant: The agrinium coating over the electronics make it very resistant against ion discharges and the sort.
Weaknesses:
  • Time: This isn't a tool that unlocks everything on-the-fly within a second. It takes a little bit of time, little bit of effort and experienced hands.
  • Fragile: It isn't exactly build to tank damage. A direct blaster shot or two will melt the liquid metal into a puddle and make the key useless.
DESCRIPTION
As far as Daro reckons it pays to be prepared for a multitude of situations.

Sure, most Core-worlds didn't use a mechanical lock everywhere anymore, but you were kidding yourself if ya thought the rest of the Galaxy had caught on with the trade at every single darn corner. That didn't mean liquid metal was the only thing up his sleeve though, instead Daro got with the times and integrated two separate tools into one. Look, these things are small, okay, if he had to carry around twice their numbers he'd lose even more of them.

As it stood Tarsi's Liquid Keys were his little fragile helpers.

They helped him get in where he needed to go as long as he had some time to get through the security systems.

Easy peasy.

Under Review.

Interesting tool! Don't really see anything wrong with it and the wording implies to me that it isn't absolute. An important distinction when it comes to factory subs.

Thanks for your patience while I looked over this sub. [member="Daro Tarsi"]
