---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES (Required: 2 Weaknesses Minimum) :
Strengths
Mental Aptitude
Taral is an intelligent man, easily and quickly able to deduce a situation and decide on the most favourable outcome, either short or long term. His ability to learn new arts and sciences is also quick and thorough, able to quickly, relatively, master any subject that he studies and practices.
Biology
Taral has all the benefits of being a Maelibus, the thick, steely hide able to offer protection against conventional weapons and deflect blaster bolts and offer slight resistance to lightsabers. Not to mention his size which affords natural strength well beyond that of a normal human. Also, his singing is considered to be perfection, and he is able to hypnotize people with his voice.
Weaknesses
Physical Size
Due to Taral's size, and weight, stealth is something that is impossible for the man. He is not able to sneak along, or blend in with a crowd.
Burning Star
Taral is not one for long, protracted fights. He prefers to get in and do what has to be done, quickly and effectively ending his opponent. Protracted engagements lead to him making mistakes and wearing himself out. Which allows him to be bested.
Reckless
Taral trusts his natural armor and will be reckless in a fight, leaving himself open to be hit. and focusing on offense mainly. He often ignores defense, trusting his natural defenses, and focuses on the offense against his opponenets.
Ignorance
Taral has lived a considerably long life, but it was all confined on Iego. His knowledge of modern technology and galactic politics is minimal.
APPEARANCE:
Taral appears as nearly any Maelibi would. His skin has a crimson hue to it instead of golden from his Sith blood, furthering his appearance as a demon. His eyes, due to his connection with the Dark Side of the Force seem to glow and burn with an orange light instead of just being eyes, along with his mouth when he roars. It has been likened to looking into hell itself. His teeth are all sharp, built for biting and ripping living meat.
Taral stands at 3 meters and weighs 300 kilograms, and he is built like a brick house. He could be likened to a bodybuilder in appearance, or a power lifter, with large muscles all over his body. His hands end in four clawed digits, designed for ripping through unarmored meals. However, dexterity is not lost to the man. Taral has a tail that measures in at 2 meters long, and along the spine of it are numerous ridges and spikes. Taral's dark mark appears on his left hand, opposite of his palm and appears as a black circle of ancient Sith writing that reads “Mirtis Naile Nun," which translates to Death Fears Me.

BIOGRAPHY:
Some time in the past, thousands of years ago, a ship of Sith passed near Iego. The Diathim led to the ship crashing onto the planet, and the Sith on board struggled to survive. Some were hypnotized by the Maelibi, some created a tribe near the Scatter. The Sith watched the Maelibi, those who were not hypnotized by the music of the demons, and the Kissai orchestrated a raid upon the Maelibi with their Massassi warriors. One warrior of exceptional skill, Rixik, bested a Maelibi, enslaving the creature to his will. When brought back to the tribe of Sith, Rixik presented his new pet to the Kissai. The priests of the Sith were interested in the beast, and through arcane sorcery and ritual sacrifice of both the Maelibi, and the Massassi who brought it to the Sith, they created a new being. A being that was both of them. The unborn child was carried by one of the Kissai priestesses, a woman who was only known as Vi’Kas.
Taral killed his mother during childbirth, as the vicious demon was not birthed, but clawed its way out of the Kissai woman. From a very early age, the potential of this creation was estimated, and held to be great. The remaining members of the Sith Tribe called the boy a single word in their language, Mirtis.
It was here that the boy known as Mirtis would grow up. Towering over the Massassi, and dwarfing the Kissai even more, he would grow with the Sith teaching him of war and the history of his people, they even educated the only child of their group in other matters. Sorcery of the Kissai was taught to the boy as the boy was the one who superseded caste in the caste driven culture of the Sith. As the boy grew up, he took a new name for himself, another word from the Sith language, and he became Taral Mirtis.
It was then when another group of Maelibi were heard singing their hypnotizing song, and all but Taral were captured by it. Taral followed, and soon witnessed the massacre that happened, watched as all the elders were ripped into the ground to be devoured. Left alone, Taral wandered the wastes of Iego, and escaping into nothingness.
For eons, Taral lived like this. Never aging, never growing hungry, the demon that he was simply existed alone. Until ships were seen in the sky, and a powerful man came down to the planet. Murdering dozens of the Maelibi, Taral watched intently, keeping back out of the man’s way, but he recognized the unmistakable taint of the Dark Side, the one that his people had held, even though this man wasn’t a Sith. It was then that Taral stepped forward, revealing himself to the man, and pledging his loyalty to him. Taken off the planet with the Dark Lord, Taral was shown a galaxy that he had only heard about eons ago from the other Sith he had lived with. Now he was seeing it for himself, living in it, and it was so very strange.
However, his life was not free, he had pledged himself to the Dark Lord, and the Dark Lord required spies, not warriors. In the beginning, Taral, was mostly ignored. Despite his own ability and connection with the Force, he was overlooked in the time of shadows for the One Sith. A hulking behemoth like Taral was not needed in the game of thrones. Not yet anyways.
The Dark Lord did not forget about his prize from Iego however. As plans fell into place, the Dark Lord summoned Taral before him, and tested the demon. Taral could not match to the Dark Lord's power, not even close, but what he did show pleased the Dark Lord, and Taral was rewarded with pain beyond any he had ever experienced. Even his naturally strong skin was no protection to the lightning of the Dark Lord, and it left Taral powerless on the ground. It was then that he gained his new name, Darth Gatota, and received his mark of the One Sith. From that day on, Taral was a true Sith, and his skills became needed as the One Sith began to enter open war with the galaxy. Always spearheading the assaults would be Taral, the Demon of the Sith, He who Protects Death.
