Rationale: Using her manipulative abilities, Darth Venefica 'persuaded' the owners of the corporation, formerly named Zann Remanufacturing, to sign over all assets over to her. Then she cleaned house. She fired the board of directors installing people loyal to her. She rearranged the corporation eliminating all ongoing projects that failed to produce profits and cancelled all future projects. Her new company would start from the ground up.

Taobh Dorcha Industries works directly with the One Sith Empire. Despite the OS being their biggest client, they do however accept contracts from other planetary governments regardless of their political standings in the galaxy. And on occasion, private contracts that fall under the noses of governments. They are a benevolent corporation that donates a portion of their profits to rebuilding war torn planets and to protecting the ecosystems of planets that meet the proper criteria, such as atmosphere, climate, and gravity types.
They employ all manners of species to work for the company, rarely using droids to construct their products.. Each employee is pro-rated on their skills/speciality field. For example, engineers make more than machinists.
They focus on creating, designing, and refitting weapons and ships. Though their main strength is the creation of weapons and ships.
Designing Department: The TDI engineers spend hours putting their ideas to reality. The focus of the department is to build better ships (all classes) for their clients.
Creation Department: This department's sole responsibility is to take the new designs and create them. This department also oversees the work force and runs daily inspections on the equipment, workers, and products.
Refitting Department: They examine current products and strive to enhance them. Because of the nature of some of the products in use, all those assigned to this department must pass an extensive background check.
