APPEARANCE:
Like most Pantorans Tanalth has blue skin with yellow eyes and pure white hair. Although the hair tends to be covered by her headdress which is part of her grand black armor she wears. She tends to carry around her famed weapon of choice, a large hammer made from duasteel. The entire ensemble is black with hints of red.

BIOGRAPHY:
While the people of Pantora had often preached about peace and good will towards their fellows, the recent years and devastations that had wrought the galaxy had made many less than optimistic. Some like Chairmen Rollo Chi and Admiral Maron Viti had realized the constant war with the Sith and Jedi, the constant warfare between the factions, and the ever growing fear of some next great cataclysm that would plague the galaxy, had made them see the need to further protect the people of Pantora above all else. Their ideals were not well met by most as many Pantoran officials had stood by their claims to keep the peace with their allies.
Chi and Viti did not let the actions of their fellows hinder their own resolve, which in the end was to create a secret militant group dedicated to keeping the peace. Secret offerings were sent out to those in Pantora, and even a few off-world as well, to participate in underground trials to see if they were eligible to become a part of what was soon called the “Iron Ice Squadron”; named so for the planet’s cold weather and the people’s iron will.

One such recruit was a woman named Tanalth, a native of the planet who showed great promise. She was already a very strong woman who, as it turned out, adapted to military tactics rather well. She’d bested most of her opponents and did so in effective manners. The trials for a commander of the squadron soon took place, with Tanalth beating all others almost single-highhandedly. Chi and Viti were highly impressed, but what they did not know was how or why Tanalth was doing all of this.
In truth Tanalth was a force user, which she used to bolster her strength speed and skill. She also came from an orphaned home with her sister, Garena. Unlike herself Garena was meek and yet more compassionate. Tanalth cared deeply for her sister and did not want to see her harmed in any way. Even before their parents had died due to the galactic cataclysm known as “Netherworld” Tanalth, being the eldest, had always had the need to protect her sister as a child when she was bullied or harassed. The chance to join a military faction and make the galaxy better for both she and most of all Garena was something Tanalth would not let slip through her fingers. And her own mentality that made her feel that she needed to be in charge only drove her further.

Now with a commanding position of the Iron Ice Squad Squadron Tanalth’s first orders were to find and capture both Jedi and Sith to find whatever secret information they could. The squadron went to one of the far moons of Vortex where they found camps for both sides, Force Users and troopers alike. Tanalth made short work of both parties before having them brought to her for interrogation.
As Tanalth personally dealt with the interrogations she found the Jedi were too eager to make peace while the Sith continued to taunt her. They looked into her thoughts and began to see her sister, saying how they would kill her or worse once they were freed. The paranoia had gotten to Tanalth, making her kill not only the Sith prisoners but the Jedi as well. She went further and wound up killing the troops with her own hands, scaring her troopers in the process.
Word reached Chi and Viti of her actions, forcing them to denounce her as a fanatic and exile. Tanalth did not take well to this, going so far as to find them both and kill them. She then tried to rally the remaining suad members to join her but all grew too afraid of her to the point of abandoning any and all claim to ever having joined. When she realized what she had done it was too late. The authorities were made aware of the murders of Viti and Chi and, after having heard the news, Garena was ashamed of her sister to the point of not wanting to see her again. Tanalth was broken but still held her resolve to make the galaxy “better” by cleansing it.
