He is usually dressed in a business attire while in public but he is practical and dresses for the situation. He also has black tattoos on his body that very few would recognize for their meaning.

Taloff was born on Zelos III as the twin brother of Jedi Master Talon Vosra. The two were very close but had very different opinions about how they should handle things in life. During Talon's career as a Sith the two would regularly switch places without anyone noticing. This practice of switching places became problematic when the two brothers began to fall for different women. After a long argent the two parted ways for many years.
Taloff who had always been the more aggressive went to learn more combat arts while Talon rushed off and eventually lost everything. Taloff found a group of force users called the Seyugi and began training with them. While His brother was searching for a lost friend and going on the run, Taloff was learning how to quietly kill for sport and money.
When Talon died his assets were switched to Taloff who immediately began investing in various activities including the creation of a new mining company, Arsov Mining INC.
