Talis Jzora

NAME: Talis Jzora
Aliases: The Jokester (Jzora) and Shadow (Talis)
FACTION: Mainly Independent, Sith Assassins (Loosely associated but not affiliated), Sith Order (is part of faction but holds their policies and actions in little regard)
RANK: Sith Acolyte
SPECIES: Human
AGE: 24
SEX: Male
Preference: Heterosexual
HEIGHT: 6’2”
WEIGHT: 186 lbs
EYES: Gold (For Talis)
Hair: White
SKIN: Pale White
FORCE SENSITIVE: Yes
Alignment: Neutral
Base of operations: Talis's "Fortress"
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:

+ Determined- Talis is also a resolute figure which does not stop until he reaches his goal.

+ Bladesman- Talis is highly competent with any melee weapon(most notably the lightsaber) and fighting skills are only outmatched by far superior and experienced fighters.

+ Force Sensitive- Comparatively, Talis does show a more keen connection to the force allowing Talis to tap into deeper reservoirs of it's power. This allows Talis to easily use and learn new Force techniques if, taught properly.

+ Highly Intelligent and Intuitive- Talis can register subtle movements much better than the most Sith in which he uses it to his total advantage during duels and everyday interaction.

+/- Multiple personality disorder- After repeated exposure to Sith holocrons, his psyche is "split" into two beings. Talis is completely aware of this but is powerless to stop Jzora when he wishes to surface. Thankfully Jzora tends to pop up at noncritical moments and does not attempt to destroy their lives. These two people share a "contract": Jzora doesn't mess up their lives and keeps interference at a a minimum and Talis must never peek into the bag of goodies. Talis is seen more as a serious, analytical and calm figure while his alter-ego is seen more as a casual, impulsive, childlike sociopath. Both contain the exact same skills but the differences between personality might be noted thought out his roleplays and even this bio. FUNFACT!!! The alter-egos name is Jzora and may be seen using terrible puns. Jzora despite his idiotic exterior actually, merely uses his childlike tendencies as a façade to bait the enemy into a trap.

- Arrogance – He was always the top of his class and praised by many as a gifted child. Growing up constantly hearing the praises have filled him up with a sense of superiority over others. To admit one's abilities are inferior to another is incomprehensible to Talis.

- Neutrality- Talis tends to avoid partaking in massive Galactic events if necessary. While there will be some short notable exceptions, Talis would easily change sides at a moments notice. Talis feels no specific loyalty to any faction.

- "Trained" Force User- Talis lacks formal training into more complex aspects of the Force. He is proficient in basic telekinesis, but something slightly more complex........Maybe not

-Confusing- Talis might be seen occasionally helping his rivals. He can be seen occasionally contradicting and even violating his own code of conduct. He believes that loyalty is important but can be seen occasionally be helping the enemy if needed.

ABILITIES:

Light saber combat is one of Talis's strong suits in which he takes pride in. Talis has dedicated most of his training into Djem So. While Talis is a master in any lightsaber combat, he has a difficult time facing multiple enemies and deflecting blaster fire. Since, Talis has spent all of his time training with the lightsaber and other similar melee weapons, he is unfamiliar with other weapons (blasters). Due to his cybernetic right arm, his blows are much stronger than normal humans making him a powerful opponent in lightsaber combat. This increased strength allowed for not only quick precise strikes but strong and powerful ones as well.

Talis has an eidetic memory along with certain other intuitive abilities. This allows quick analysis of an enemy and a quick but effective formulation of a battle strategy.

Talis is heavily gifted and has a high midichlorian concentration. He is proficient in the basic usage of the force such as telekinesis but has never attempted to push his force abilities to the limit yet.

Stealth combat is one of Talis's specialties and has been perfected and greatly improved as a member and apprenticeship of [member="Krest"] in the Sith Assassins.

Blasters, Hand to hand combat, Piloting is a big weak spot for Talis. Due to his previous lifestyle in the Temple, he never learned to use blasters and pilot ships. Due to his constant training of lightsaber combat, he also greatly neglected hand to hand combat.

Due to Talis's fascination with gambling at a early age. His gambling skills are ridiculously above par. That obviously makes up for any combat disadvantages right?

APPEARANCE:
Talis is a relatively tall figure and is constantly seen shrouded with a cloak. A black mask hides his facial features and he features a cybernetic arm. Despite the increased strength, Talis hates it seeing it as curse. One can feel a slight discomfort with Talis due to his tall, cold and imposing figure. However, the scary image is quickly dispersed as Talis's personality is neither cold nor unsympathetic. If Talis does like you, he will grow warmer and will be a "loyal" friend when needed.

PERSONALITY or rather PERSONALITIES:
There is Talis and Jzora which both have very different personalities. Talis is more quiet, reserved and thoughtful. He detests unnecessary violence and stubbornly holds on to some Jedi doctrines like self-control and discipline. Jzora on the other hand is much loud, chaotic and rather childish. Jzora can be described as a sociopath with a few psychopathic tendencies. Jzora doesn't really care about violence but does see it's importance when getting what he wants. Jzora embraces the Sith doctrines of individuality and a lack of self-restraint. Talis spends most of his time training in the Force and the lightsaber. Jzora......well he spends most of his time gambling and thinking ways to implement puns into his everyday life. One can easily distinguish and determine the current controlling personality by looking at his eye colors. Talis has golden yellow eyes while Jzora has a more crimson red. Despite personality differences, both personalities share the same abilities.

BIOGRAPHY:
Talis had long forgotten his parents and his home world but, he still had a clear recollection of his childhood. He was born into the nobility on Coruscant and would inherit his parents fortune. Eventually the Jedi would discover his impressive connection to the force and decided to take him in as a potential Jedi Padawan. Talis grew up in the Jedi Temples and was praised by many as an excellent student. As living in the temple bored him, Talis decided to sneak out and into the market place. He soon got into a habit into gambling but, soon stopped after being nearly caught and reprimanded by one of the teachers. Due to his addiction to gambling, Talis would always carry and play with a pair of dice everywhere he went. He was a fast learner and was above average in his class. The days would continue and Talis would become a Jedi Knight by the age of 21. However, Talis was never satisfied by his new rank, environment and knowledge given to him. As a result, he would secretly learn from the captured sith holocrons and artifacts. Time went on and his knowledge of the dark side grew however, his knowledge began to alter his personality, he grew more cold and aggressive to his peers. Soon his fellow peers discovered his forbidden "experiments" with the artifacts and quickly reported him to their teachers. This forced Talis on the run with little money and supplies. With little place to go, Talis decided to join the sith and further his knowledge in the dark side of the force. Talis ignored his inner regret and quickly went on a pursuit for a Sith master. Soon he would encounter a Zabrak Sith Lord named Darth Ferox on Hoth. After a short but decisive duel, Ferox decided to train Talis as his sith apprentice. Soon he accompanied his master on his first mission to harvest precious amulets from the Taozin. He would go on to train under [member="Krest"] with great success as his lightsaber abilities and stealth abilities would improve greatly over the course of his training. However, one day [member="Krest"] would disappear with a while so Talis grew determined to find his missing master and hoped to meet and truly learn the Sith that he called [member="Krest"]. Collecting the scattered pieces of the puzzle, Talis grew determined to find his Master and his legacy that he had left behind.

Random thought. If I was young and had grown up in Jedi temples, I think I would be kind of naïve, maybe unsure of how to do everyday things.

I'd also be anxious to explore other aspects of life and my personality. Maybe this kid would develop unusual hobbies, bad habits, etc.

Im new, but what is Talis' main way to attack? Im a Jedi but my character is pretty much a melee guy. I see cloak and think Sith mind tricks but don't know that. How proficient are you with the light saber? How proficient are you with Sith tricks?
