Why I would like to be moderator?Well when one asks you that question you remember your past and your previous staff jobs on various other sites. What experience has taught me is that a good moderator is the one who has justice for all the members. The one that has the same love for each and every member and thus he can dissolute argues as much as fair. For everyone.In order to do this, the moderator must be there to help, coordinate, supervise so the boards are civil and always think himself as the magistratus of the members, the servant of the members and not the Lord over other RPers.
