Tag Requests

Hello, I was wondering how people make tags, I would like to make some...
Up until then, if I need to earn points or whatnot, could somebody do tags for me, please? No matter which ways they come to me, I want to have tags that say "Neutral Apprentice", and "Ice Shaper" (I already have the other two I want (("Rogue" and "abandoned")) saved to my computer.)

I can produce a tutorial if you wish. I use Photoshop, though, so if you don't have that then it would be useless to you.
