No. Anti-Hero is different. A villain is someone who is evil. An Anti-Hero is someone on the line between good and evil.
Perfect example: Red Hood. He is a man who seeks justice. However, in order to achieve justice, he is violent and could be considered 'bad'.
So a Anti-Hero is someone with good intentions but takes the wrong path to reach those goals.
