Designed with Tibanna Gas in mind, the T-11A is the first weapon designed by Titan Technologies. As an extremely lethal weapon, it is meant to be bought en-masse for the baseline standard of any military force. - Body Shot Warrior: A death sentence when a target comes into contact with a T-11A's bolt in close quarters, an unarmoured target could suffer from limb dismemberment or the bolt passing through them entirely while rupturing internal organs and causing internal bleeding if not already being a lethal shot when struck in the torso. Against armoured targets, the T-11A still excelled in still dropping wearers whose suits were not designed to specifically protect from energy based weaponry, documented as having caused miniature explosions internally and burning the wearer within their protective suit of armour.
- Accessories: With the potential for an underslung rail being attached to the blaster rifle, buyers have the potential to surprise enemies with a limited ammunition scattergun that could deal devastating damage in close quarters.
- No Stun Setting: Due to the lack of a stun setting, buyers, such as security forces will be unable to efficiently apprehend suspects due to the highly lethal firearm they possessed. Blue stun rings that were typically fired from a weapon swapped to stun settings were effective at apprehending Force users and lightsaber wielders. The T-11A is designed specifically to kill.
- Gas Go Boom: Despite the high quality make of the blaster rifle, there remained the risk of the T-11A exploding when the gas canister has been struck directly, or even deflecting off the canister, ranging from dismemberment of users to an explosion the size of a small thermal detonator, based on the amount left in the gas canister.
- Distance: As was typical with energy based weapons, the further a target was from a user, the less effective the T-11A became in the field. Lengthy engagements were not the point of its design.
- Lightsabers: Everyone in the galaxy knows of force users running rampant, typically with plasma blades that can deflect blaster bolts. Dangerous.
- Firing Mods: No automatic fire. While users have a higher potential of firing on target, they are at an innate disadvantage with a slower rate of fire.
- Ion/EMP: With no protective materials built in to the weaponry to protect from ion discharges, the T-11A can be disabled by emp or ion grenades.
