Syn, in her human form, has a slim figure, fair skin, long dark brown hair, and steel blue eyes. Her most defining feature is her sharp cheekbones. It has been said several times by others that Syn has a physical appearance that draws others to her. This is probably because of her natural, beautiful Melodie nature.
In her mermaid form, she has the upper-body of a human and the lower-half of a spiky, long fishtail. Along with that, she has small sharpened teeth, large vibrant blue eyes and exposed ribs. She also has webbed hands with claws and spines that travel along her back.

BEFORE
Synann doesn't have a complex history, in fact what is most striking about her is the simplistic nature of her background. Due to her people being so restricted to the depths of the water after the change from two legs to a tail. Although Syn was the exception to the rule as ever since she hatched, the Melodie had an unstable connection to the force. This unstable connection meant that whenever she pulled her form out of the water, her tail would split and become two legs. However, inside of water, her legs would merge and become a tail again. The process itself is painful for the woman but with each time that she wonders out of the water, she can stay longer out of the water.
This made her unique within her people and although she was considered an elder; as most were when they completed the change from changeling to elder, the woman was drawn to the surface. The first of her kind to want more than the safety of the underground depths of the mountain lakes on Yavin 8.

Strengths and Weaknesses
+Mimic Language - She can mimic language, it helps her to learn new languages with a certain ease.
+Photographic Memory - The woman can remember anything she sees and hears with perfect clarity. This is extremely helpful for when she is learning new skills and languages.
-Curious - Being as she has known nothing but the caverns and the waters that encompass Yavin 8, she isn't very knowledgeable of the world above and if often curious.
-Sonic Emissions - Due to her unstable connection with the force, whenever she had an outburst of sonic emissions. Underwater it is like sonar. Which is useful, but out of water it does sonic damage to whomever within close proximity to the woman. -
