Miss Blonde

Trying to be straight in a crooked Galaxy
Break was a good hitman, enforcer, just all around really good murderer. So as one of her more favorite killers it was best that he got a new set of armor to help him perform at a higher level death. That meant the Beskar that they had "liberated" from the hands of thieves needed to be put to good use and it wasn't like Break knew how or knew somebody who could properly forge Beskar armor.

Walking into her personal workshop the woman looked over to Break once they were inside and motioned over to her furnaces. Break had with him a hefty amount of Beskar ore that had yet to be refined. So as the person who could actually lift the heavy rocks and put them in the furnace, Miss Blonde delegated that task to him.

"Break be a dear and place the ore you gathered into the furnace's insertion drawer, the machine will take it from there." She said with a smile beneath her mask.

As for her she had other things to start prepping. With her assistant droids gathering around she sent them off every which way to go set up filtration pipes, armor molds, and warm up the printer and sheeter for whatever designs they were going to submit and use.

Break moved with his close freind, [member="Miss Blonde"], towards her personal workshop. Her vast resources even outpaced Break in his many outposts.
"I take it ill be doing most of the heavy lifting?" he joked. "I wouldnt have it any other way."

He pushed the ore ahead of him on a large repulse cart toward the compartment. As he approached it, the small compartment seemed to know of his approach and opened as he neared. Break began to lift the heavy pieces of rock and metal into the small compartment one at a time. Each rock not much for his immense strength. He loaded the ore to the compartments acceptable capacity and watched as it closed into the furnace.

"Shall you be needing measurements?" Break asked as he finished up with his task slapping away dirt and debris from his bare hands.
It had been a while since he had been without his armor and while his skin enjoyed the open air Break hated filth on his hands.

"Or is there any other sort of assistance I can provide for you now?"

"Nah it's cool, the camera's clocked you when you walked in and the printer is finalizing the molds I designed. A little something I had on standby." Blonde said with a smile beneath her gas mask.

Miss Blonde chuckled at the droid's joke, while he was indeed joking and understood he'd be doing the lifting it was of course pretty much true for the most part. Miss Blonde was hair short from being an even five feet and was a hundred and twenty pounds, so it was a very safe assumption that the droid with the mechanical muscles was going to do the lifting.

"Alright, so here's the deal. I'm about to melt the ore and refine it into pure liquid beskar, so while it heats I need you to walk over to the 3D printer. Grab the Tungsten Carbide molds, again can't stress that enough. The tungsten carbide molds. Bring them beneath the filtration pipe on the conveyor belt and I'll go from there." Blonde nodded and then manned the furnace controls.

The furnaces would woosh with flames and heat from hundreds of different panels that burned with the intensity of the sun. The Beskar quickly melted and soon it was starting to be churned inside the furnace by robotic arms before making its way towards the exit valve. She'd wait to release it when the molds were set under the pipe.

Break did as directed and grabbed the tungsten molds from the 3D printer. Tungsten was a strong metal with a great many purposes but it wasn't so good at change. Tungsten was a rigid metal with a great hardness but once hardened nearly impossible to reshape without melting it back down. Break lifted and carried the shaped alloy to the designated filtration pipe.
"All set."
Break could sense the heat even from this area. He would move to a safe distance listening for his next instructions from [member="Miss Blonde"]

With the Tungsten mold's high melting point, they were perfect to hold the molten Beskar and keep it from burning up and destroying the cast. So with break grabbing both sets of the armor molds and bringing it over to the conveyor he set them down snd Miss Blonde poured the refined liquid metal into them and let them be pushed down the way towards the forging section where they would be picked up by droids and put over burners to keep the metal inside hot. This process would continue until every piece of the armor mold was set and ready to be forged at the smithing areas.

"Break, do me a favor and go to the supply closet. Inside there you will see dozens of different boxes and materials. I need you to take said boxes marked with red Xs and drag them over to the crafting tables where the mannequins are." Blonde said as she pointed over to the closet.

As for her she had to get to work. With her mask's visor lighting up a feed at the crafting tables she stood in a motion capture area after grabbing her smithing tools. While the woman knew how to forge Beskar armor she simply wasn't strong enough to wield the hammer for the draining process that was crafting.

So she simply used motion capture and allowed herself to work through droids. This allowed her to remain relatively fresh and able to proceed with future smithing tasks rather than draining herself of all energy.

"Bring'em on over!"

Break did as told and moved each and every box labeled with a RED "X"
"Alright moved to where you need and awaiting further instruction."
He clapped his hands of the dust from the boxes and looked at [member="Miss Blonde"] as she prepared to work the metal that they had so recently liberated from thieves.

He thought about how excited he was to finally get new armor. Even in an adult body he was still a child at heart and core.
"What style of couture are you working up in that head of yours Blonde?" He said jokingly
"If I know you at all it will be pretty karking baddass."

Walking to one of the terminals he looked at the schematics of the armor and could find little that seemed too out of the ordinary and that in and of itself was out of the ordinary for Blonde.

She was the most over the top fleshling that Break had had the pleasure of meeting and he liked that about her. (Disregarding the fact that the armor itself was made from some of the strongest material known to the galaxy.)
He decided not to look the gift of a friend in the mouth and just be happy she was there to make this stronger armor for him and spend some much needed socialization time with him (which he sorely needed!)

"Awesome! Hold on while I start the forge." Blonde said as she maneuvered herself into position of the smithing area.

While normally she'd be all set to start crafting it herself through the Droids there were other more pressing matters. So for once she'd let the smithing droids do the work for once. They had the schematics loaded up and they had watched and programmed to know how to smith Beskar. Now Blonde just needed to get them going.

So as she set the droids to start smithing she activated them and let the system start up. Activating in a slow but dramatic fashion the two droids stood upright and started to fold the chest piece by cooling it slightly and start hammering it into place. While that would take them a little bit the woman would walk over to Break and smile under her gas mask at her little friend.

"Alright, I need you to do something else. Over by the forge you'll see a large catch pan under the forge and a cool air hose next to that. I need you to drain the remaining ore into the catch pan and cool it before bringing it over towards the sheeting and mesh machine." With the task given the woman had other things in mind to go and handle.

Break grabbed the catchpan and slid it beneath the forge. The molten metal falling into the pan made a loud clunk as the heavy purified ore landed in its specified place. Quickly Break would grab the cool air hose and showered the metal with cold air.
Break was curious, up until this point Break knew what was going on in the smithing process, but chilled air was something new to his expertise. Usually armor or a blade would be quenched in oil after leaving the furnace.
"Is there any particular reason you would use cold air rather than quenching the metal?" He cocked his head as he asked this question.

"Molecular structure and whatnot? Or perhaps its one of the mandalorians old wives tales or tricks?"
Having worked with cortosis in the past he knew there were just some things that were the way they were, but, whenever it came to the mandos one could never know where fact ended and superstition began.

He finished his task and brought the metal towards the sheeting and mesh machine, where he would await his friends response.

With the droids handling the armor plates the woman had to go and create the armor mesh for Break. The faraday cage and mail that would protect the plates vulnerable areas. But then of course Break has to chime in with his knowledge on how to forge stuff as if he wasn't about to get a free set of armor from the woman. So trying not to mind all that the woman let out a small sigh and would explain the complexities of the mysterious space metal.

"Oils and other liquids would indeed compromise the structural integrity of Beskar on a molecular level. Even adding purified carbon to the mix would cause Beskar to become lighter and more breakable. So when we force a body mesh suit we want it to be as thick and sturdy as possible due it it being the most vulnerable. So we simply cool the metal in its most pure form to maintain that strength that it has." Blonde explained it and then snapped her fingers over at a pair of droids.

The droids would then lift up the large plate and load it into the mesh machine. Once the load light flashed green and the display gave a thumbs up the woman set the program to create a few feet of mesh blanket of Beskar. It was going to completely ruin the machine's carving teeth and they'd need to be replaced, but it was worth it to make a piece of armor of this caliber.

"Do me another solid. The smithing droids should be about done with the helmets. Grab the two of them and bring them over to the crafting tables so we can wire them up."

Break moved fast this time his curiosity was sated. His curiosity fueled his existence and this was something he was very curious about.
Life was beginning to have meaning once again when Break was surrounded by his friends whether it was work or battle Break had seemed to find his lifes muse when with them. He worked even faster as his spirits had been raised.

Break grabbed the helmets and began taking them to the table where Blonde had asked him to wire them up. Break had experience doing this sort of thing for his own armor or droids but he would wait for [member="Miss Blonde"] to instruct him further on how to craft them but this wouldnt stop him from grabbing the required tools to do the job. Break fiddled in the drawers searching for clamps, and the like along with the wires themselves.

Break gave a short twitch as his body sputtered and muttered in its old age.

He liked how the armor was turning out it was a beautiful sight to see as it came to life and how it was something he was a part of was even better. Just a feeling he guessed, like something good was coming soon and it was coming his way.
